Hotel is perfect furnitured with fine touch of modern, very clean and smelling nice. The stuff are very polite. Food with variety at main restaurant is the best in Tirana. Its a must visit place. The bathrooms are very welled equipped with all necessary thing you need

I stayed in premium room with balcony, the curtain wasn’t able to close, everyone could see us if we didn’t turn off the lights. No bathrobe in the room, also the AC was under maintenance which is terrible slept at night cause too hot . Breakfast selection menu was so so poor. The reception was really nice but With 180€ per night i got really terrible service

We loved our stay here! The location is great for walking to some of the top touristy sites. The comfort of the bed and linens were incredible. The room was spacious, clean, nicely decorated. The front desk staff were very nice and the valet took good care of our car. The breakfast was nice as well. I didn’t get to use any of the spa services this time but they looked really amazing!

I was delighted by the quality, style and service of this hotel. Honestly, I could not have expected more. Contemporary styled public areas and rooms, with cool bathrooms, excellent shower and comfortable beds. Buffet breakfast was very good. Also had a very good lunch there. Free access to a pretty luxurious spa was an unexpected extra treat. Nothing was too much trouble for the helpful, friendly staff. Highly recommended.

This is a relatively new property located just off the main square in Tirana. Rooms are well appointed, comfortable, and include the usual modern amenities. City view rooms have amazing views over the mountains surrounding the City. Spa facilities were excellent and offer a range of treatments and include a jacuzzi, steam room, and salt room. Although the breakfast was tasty, the options were somewhat limited. Overall, this is a property I would recommend if you are looking for a modern hotel backed by a well known brand name.

5 stars to this new hotel in Tirana. Everythign was perfect during our stay. Amazing room (701 - with bathtube) , great SPA, perfect location and enjoyable breakfast for a great sprint in the morning. Excellent the availability of parking included in the room. All the staff was super professional and provided us all the support needed. You couldn't ask more for your stay in Tirana.

It took me a while to find but i liked what i finally did. modern hotel in a up and coming city. just don't mind having almost no pavements. albanians are pretty nice people too. i had a quiet room and breakfast was ok. i had dinner too and had probably one of the best tiramisu ever.

Tirana is what it is, no doubt, but hotel was ok. spacious room (105), great to see it was non smoking otherwise i would have left. i might go back. had dinner and had a great tiramisu.
