We reached the hotel late..went to eat something and wanted to go to sleep. We found out that we only have one single duvet for two persons. Phoned reception and was told that he will bring the second one. After 30 min, already 11.30 pm I phoned again because nobody came. I was told that he went to another room and disturbed the guests because he got it wrong...but he will come again. No problem...He came with the duvet and the cover...but separately...I have asked if I should introduce the duvet in the cover abd he said yes , he brought me a new one. 4 stars hotel..no comment. Day after I've complained at the reception and instead of them apologising because they made a mistake...I am told that most of the people...2 persons are ok with one single duvet..so I was speechless...presumably they expected me to apologise because I have disturbed them.
In internet and also in the rooms they advertise there is a kettle in the room and they replenish coffe and sugar if needed!
Well, there was nothing there. When asking where the kettle was I was.told that they removed it because people took.them home !?!
After discussions we have got free.coffee!
So...never again!
