The hotel is situated in the centre of the city, near to all sightseeings. Nearby is a freeparking area for the residents of the hotel, if you don't find a parking place directly in front of the hotel. Some rooms of the hotel have been renovated, but we prefered to stay for one night in 2 old rooms (which are cheeper) , as we were passing by to the south. So, I can't judge the new rooms, which propable are much better. The old rooms need a renovation too, and this is also the management's purpose. The stuff is polite, excellent and helpfull. I liked the city very nuch and I will come back for more days to discover the region of Viotia and I will stay at the same hotel but the next time i will choose definitely the renovated rooms.

The hotel is located on the loudest street in Livadia. It’s practically a freeway, cars and motorcycles all night long. The staff is very unfriendly, when someone asks something. They look at you as if they do you a favor for answering. Breakfast is poor. And all that for this price? Value for money is bad, so one should avoid this hotel.

During the breakfast we forced!!!!! to leave our table because my little daughter went to refill her milk (6y) and at the end…….the receptionist told us to take a disk to eat in the room!!!!!!!!!!! P.S. we where not at the football teams tables!! This is unacceptable !

Στην καρδιά της Λιβαδειάς, στεγάζεται το ξενοδοχείο όπου μείναμε σε ανακαινισμένο δωμάτιο με όλες τις ανέσεις (άνετο κρεβάτι, ευρύχωρο μπάνιο και μπαλκόνι). Ήταν πεντακάθαρο το δωμάτιο και το πρωινό πλούσιο με πολλές επιλογές. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όλους τους εκδρομείς.

Un hôtel en plein centre où nous avons réservé des chambres communicantes. Toutes deux bénéficient de balcon. Literie confortable même si nous préférons des matelas plus fermes. Petit déjeuner correct et assez tardif pour les dormeurs. Le bémol est le manque de rangement évident dans notre chambre où ne figure qu'une petite armoire contrairement à l'autre où il y a un grand dressing; pas tjs pratique... Bon séjour

Στις 1//7/2022 ώρα 16.10 ήμουν φιλοξενούμενος τοπικού φορέα, ο οποίος συνεργάζεται χρόνια με το ξενοδοχείο και καλύπτει τα έξοδα διαμονής. Η υπάλληλος που μόλις σχόλασε, μου είπε ότι έπρεπε να πληρώσω το δωμάτιο πριν φύγω!!! ενώ ήμουν σαφής, τους είπα ότι βλέπω το όνομά μου στη λίστα τους που ήταν μπροστά μου, έδωσα ταυτότητα, ανέφερα τον φορέα, αλλά αυτά δεν έφταναν. Η κυρία ήταν αγενής, προσβλητική και επιτακτική. Αφού έφυγε πλήρωσα στην επόμενη υπάλληλο, η οποία μου είπε όλα εντάξει, αλλά όταν τη ρώτησα γιατί δεν μου δίνει το κλειδί, η ίδια με έκπληξη μου λέει: ααα για σας είναι?

Ένα εξαιρετικό ξενοδοχείο, στη καρδιά της πόλης της Λιβαδειάς, για εξορμήσεις στη Βοιωτία. Άνετα δωμάτια, ανακαινισμένο, με πολύ ευγενικό, πρόθυμο, εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Επίσης πολύ εξυπηρετικός και επαγγελματίας ο κύριος Θεόδωρος, στη ρεσεψιόν. Το πρωινό πολύ πλούσιο, πολύ ικανοποιητικό με μεγάλη ποικιλία και επάρκεια ώστε να καλύψουν όλους τους ενοίκους του ξενοδοχείου . Μπράβο!!! Εξαιρετικοί επαγγελματίες !!! Θεόδωρος Παρασκευάς.

Κάναμε κράτηση για ένα ανακαινισμενο δωμάτιο από το οποίο μείναμε εντυπωσιασμενοι. Εκπληκτικός χώρος, πλήρως προσεγμένος χωρίς να ζηλεύει τίποτα από άλλα πενταστερα ξενοδοχεία. Να προσθέσω επίσης πως το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πεντακάθαρο. Το πρωινό ήταν εκπληκτικό με μεγάλη ποικιλία για όλα τα γούστα. Ο κος Θοδωρής και το προσωπικό ήταν εξυπηρετικότατοι και ήταν πάντα πρόθυμοι να μας συμβουλεψουν, πως να κινηθούμε και τι να επισκεφτούμε στη πόλη. Μεγάλο συν το γεγονός ότι το κτελ μας άφησε σχεδόν μπροστά στις πόρτες του ξενοδοχείου. Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Το λιγότερο που μπορώ να πω είναι απαράδεκτο. Μέσα στο χειμώνα το δωμάτιο ήταν παγωμένο, με μπουφαν και σκούφο. Η απάντηση της ρεσεψιόν ήταν ότι σε λίγο θα είναι εντάξη. Από τις 6 το απόγευμα ήταν ανεκτικό την άλλη μέρα το πρωί. Στο μπάνιο καμία θέρμανση. Το νερό παγωμένο, και δεν ήταν η πρώτη φορά. Το Σεπτέμβριο είχα ξαναβρεθεί για επαγγελματικούς λόγους στην πόλη και νερό ζεστό είχα μετά από καμιά ώρα από την άφιξή μου, μετά από τρεις οχλήσεις. ΜΑΚΡΥΑ, ΜΑΚΡΥΑ, ΜΑΚΡΥΑ
