The buffet is awesome. The menudo reminds me of the menudo back home in El Paso. The hotel is close to everything. Plaza Chapultepec is across the street. Access to a bank also is across the street.

Everything was great, my only complaint was the noice level. We were given a room in the second level, facing the street, and we could hear everything. But the worst noice was the boiler on the roof, right beneath our room window. I think I would give them another try, just not on the second level facing the street.

Very clean and excellent service by staff. The only issue is you can hear everything your neighbors are doing /saying through the thin walls.

Shower water was not draining out. In room service food delivery, foam container was unexpected in a hotel like Hyatt. Plastic fork and knife were of very poor quality.

Safe, beautiful hotel, friendly staff, nice rooms, good breakfast buffet. Overall good experience. My family stayed in three rooms and they were confortable and clean. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Property was very nice and clean. The reason why I took 1 star off is because apparently parking is not guaranteed. We did get in late one night and was told it was full, but the staff did quickly accommodate and find us a spot in the lot. They did mention there was another lot next door that had parking, but we wanted to be inside the hotel parking. The staff is very kind and accommodating.
