Résidence Odalys le Hameau du Borsat

Communication for property was fine. Told us codes etc in a SMS message. Upon entering the property the place seemed clean until you saw up close. We were a family of five and the accommodation served its purpose. It was close to the kids ski schools. The bath / shower water was very temperamental. If a kid was left on there own they could have scalded themselves. The electrical outlets needed changing as the adapters did not stay in place. The bed linen was left in packaging for us to make up our beds. Unfortunately though the only warm blankets were left with the pillows. I dread to think when or if they were last washed. The room heaters did not always work. Felt like you needed to play with settings to get a bit of warmth. One roll off toilet paper, no cloths, dish towels or cleaning products. Cutlery and crockware was there. Unfortunately though. Not cleaned. Last group obviously just launched everything in cupboards. One pan had old stale water left in it. Ski locker was so small. You would have struggled to get 3 snow boards in. No where for boots. Had to leave in corridors to dry. Bit of a trek to the centre unless you walk through the snow. Overall, not good. We had to make the most of it.

The accomodation is basic and cheap so don't expect anything else. The bakery accross the road and pizza takeout in the block are convenient as is access to local restaurants. The kitchen was equiped with hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker. But there was a severe lack of untensils meaning cooking was very hard (even breakfast) and no way to wash up without buying in cleaning equipment. The coffee machine was useless as that meant buying in papers etc. with the expectation that the accomodation would be left empty at the end of the stay ie throw everythng unused away!! Towels and wifi are extras. The beds are adequate but not comforatble. Fitting more than 2 people into rooms rated for 4 would be hard. We expected bunk beds which would have helped but got pull-out beds instead and very little storage space. So if you are happy to sleep anywhere, like eating out and don't have much stuff then this is the place for you. Otherwise be prepared to get what you pay for.

old but functional building, but best location for skiing. dont go here if you want luxory, it is a basic small appartment but if you only come here for skiing and you need just a place to sleep then this is the place to be.

il serait utile de voir en détails les manques et imperfections dans ses anciens appartements .qui ont pourtant un potentiel vu leur situation .je ne suis pas d accord qu il n y ait plus de vérifications pour la caution avt notre départ ...

Partis en famille pour la 2e année et toujours aussi satisfait. Résidence très bien tenue, très bien située, avec un excellent rapport qualité prix. Nous reviendrons !

Nada Recomendable; apartamentos pequeños, SUCIOS, mobiliario viejo y deteriorado. Cocina escasa, ni siquiera tiene extracción, vajilla incompleta, sin armarios, personal desagradable. Nada bueno que decir, excepto la ubicación.

Points positifs : localisation dans Tignes val claret , la réactivité et la gentillesse de la réception, l'agencement de l'appartement Points négatifs : l'équipement dans l'appartement, pas de casserole , pas de cruche, pas de grille pain...literie en très mauvaise état nous sommes rentrés avec des douleurs au dos, critère rédhibitoire qui fera que nous ne reviendront pas Baignoire en mauvaise état tachée En conclusion, appartement bien situé mais mal entretenu, dommage

Très bien situé à proximité immédiate des services de la station (commerces, navette, pistes, cours de ski). Il est fort dommage que les logements soient si vétustes et sales : literie constituée d'un simple matelas en mousse et de planches de bois dessous.
