Excellent staff, great location. Enjoyed the choice of restaurants. Thank you, we will come back. We really enjoyed our stay, we hope to return for 2024/2025 season. Thanks to the reception and restaurant staff in particular who made our stay special

We've just enjoyed a wonderful stay at the brilliantly located L'Arbina Hotel in Tignes. We were on the top floor, but that didn't matter as the room was lovely. We could have done with more storage & space to dry our (clothing) kit overnight. The shower stayed warm and was powerful enough to help us unwind after a few hours on the slopes. The spa is a wonderful inclusion, and along with the shower, provided much relief for sore muscles at the end of the day. Breakfast was ample and varied, with a different, freshly baked, cake every morning. Half-board dinner offered multiple main and dessert options, so we didn't try the other restaurants in the Les Etincelles group. Be aware that all drinks, even soft, aren't included as part of the meal. You can hear some noise off the main street because of the location if you open the windows. Staff were friendly and helpful before, and throughout, our stay. We'll happily stay here again, and recommend it as a perfectly placed hotel for your stay in Tignes Le Lac, with very easy access to the Toviere bubble, or the Palafour, Paquis & Chaudannes chair lifts. Maison de Tignes is also a 2 minute walk across the road for easy access to transfer busses or the underground car park.

a traditional french hotel with wooden styling, this hotel is incredibly convenient. the rooms are on the small side but the bathrooms are a decent size. the half board option includes a number of restaurants in the group with various supplements necessary (but only one restaurant needing a supplement if travelling with crystal). lovely lovely staff. the wifi is pretty non-existent though

The hotel is just across the road from the lifts. The staff are super friendly and genuinely ask about your day having full conversations. Breakfast is an excellent selection. The restaurant downstairs is good and friendly too. The rooms are small, but the beds are really comfortable. The rooms are really clean. Its a great value place to stay. If you want flashy luxury, look elsewhere, but if you want a hotel at a good price in an excellent location to simply get some sleep, this is perfect.

This hotel is warm, clean and comfortable. The rooms are small, but the beds are super comfy. We had enough space to keep all of our ski wear and clothes for the long weekend. You just need to be organised from the start. The breakfast is a good spread with friendly staff to help out (she even asked if we needed her to open earlier for our last morning). The hotel restaurant downstiars is also good with lots of choice. For skiing it is just across one road to the piste with two lifts to go to either mountain. All of the staff were very friendly. This is a great value hotel in an excellent position.

Brilliant location and most importantly lovely staff. The hotel is opposite the main ski lifts of the area and centrally located in Tignes 2100. The staff is very helpful to get you around in the area and make suggestions & reservations at restaurants. thank you for a wonderful stay

Don't take any notice of the poor reviews for this hotel. It's fabulous. From the position, right by the ski school and chair lifts to the staff and the food. Yes, some of the rooms are small, but they are clean, have comfortable beds, and have great central heating, which is on all day.the staff have all been lovely and so helpfull. Breakfast is varied and plentiful with meats, cheeses, scrambled eggs and bacon, different breads, cereals, granola, yoghurts and various jams. Evening meal, you get 4 other hotel you can choose to eat in for free if you are on half board and a 5 star one where you pay an extra 20 euros per person per night. If you get a weeks lift pass, you can use the center pool for free. All in all a fab hotel and resort!

Great location to slopes and shops. I wasn’t expecting a big room from other reviews, but it is the smallest room ever! 1 hook for hanging ski wear, no where to put toiletries other than the floor, the sink tap water is non existent so have to wash face and teeth in the bath, with a glass panel that can’t open it’s a bit tricky. The worst part, myself and my partner are laying in bed ill with something we’ve eaten, we presume it was from under cooked burgers from the restaurant downstairs. So my partner has skied for 5 hours total in day 3. Breakfast staff extremely unfriendly, verging on rude, and honestly, we’re easy going people! Just our current experience. Oh and the power is out! Hopefully back on before dark
