以色列預訂酒店請注意逼坑：我們預訂的是2間豪華雙人房，但每個房間都衹寫了一個人的名字，沒想到酒店前台説如果是住2個人必須再多付一份房費，即使夫妻也得這樣。我們解釋在中國攜程平台預訂，雙人房寫一個人名字是能住2人，其他國家也可以，另外平台沒有備註説明雙人房必須寫2人名字。酒店根本不接受解釋，説這是以色列的規定，必須遵守。我們電話攜程，客服態度非常好，一直在想辦法同酒店溝通、幫我們想各種解決方案，但酒店態度強硬，房間裏想多住一人必須增加費用1100元，考慮到我們入住已晚，每個房間可以優惠掉300元，被我們拒絕，僵持不下時攜程建議我們先補差1600元住進去，後續她們和國外負責酒店預訂的第三方協商，再幫我們申請退回一部分費用。回到上海，就收到攜程訊息，一共退回900元，等於每個房間自己補貼350元，攜程還是給力的，好評！房間設施比較舊，有陽台能看到海景不錯，但對於我們晚住進去，一早就出發的人來説升級海景房意義不大。

Hotel Leonardo Plaza em Tiberiades não faz jus nem a 2 estrelas! Nunca me hospedei em um hotel tão sujo, tinha cabelo de outras pessoas na cama , o chão não via um pano há meses, o abajur deu curto circuito !! Atendimento péssimo…

Fantastic hotel with a view! The staff is super kind, and will do everything in their power to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the Sea of Galilee at sunrise was a highlight for me. We would absolutely stay here again. 5 stars.

The room was attractive, comfortable, spacious and modern. The shower was amazing and relaxing, I didn’t want to get out of the shower. Plenty of movie Chanel’s were included. The beds were comfortable and they have nice bedding. Great customer service and very attentive and friendly staff.

We stayed for two nights with our baby. The room was new and very beautiful designed. The view from the balcony was amazing. The bed was comfortable and cozy. The manager of the hotel was professional and very helpful - all in all a great service.

The staff here at The Leonardo Plaza Hotel Tiberias is wonderful. They have been very accommodating even though their hotel is full. The food has been amazing and I would definitely like to come back. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

I was impressed with the welcoming environment. The staff was professional and very accommodating. The entire team was so Friendly. And very clean rooms and everything place properly I will definitely recommend it Outstanding, will definitely stay here next time.

Loved the hotel it was spacious and all the staff were nice. I loved the buffet food they had. I got to eat different kinds of food I haven’t tried before. It was good. I came with CUFI in Feb 2024. It was nice to come and support Israel in their time of need.

One of the most pleasant experiences despite the current climate in the country. Very clean, very hospitable and very generous. Very clean, Food delicious Will be coming back. Highly recommend. The views from the balcony were breathtaking!
