Amy and Anna helped us with a quick check-in. As foreigners you need an experienced receptionist to take care of your registration without any delay. The staff was very hospitable and helped us with things like parking, finding what we need during breakfast and providing extra drinking water bottles. The room had a comfortable bed, instant hot water supply and all the amenities like cloth hanging wire and iron with board. The supplies were of good quality and air conditioning was effective. Location is also good because Wanda plaza shopping mall is nearby. All in all, I liked my stay at this hotel with family.

I stay in this hotel every time I go to Tianshui for business. The surrounding environment of the hotel is beautiful and it is very close to Ma Paoquan Park. The front desk staff was very welcoming, and the check-in process was quick. The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom was separated from wet and dry. There is a safe and a small refrigerator in the room. The food you buy can be stored in the refrigerator for a long time without worrying about damage. The breakfast is complete and the sour soup noodles are delicious. You must eat it every time.

The hotel is just a bit old. Many things need to be replaced. The hotel's bath towels and bathrobes are okay. They don't have much smell and are quite white. However, the bathroom floor drain smells bad. The hotel also prepared mats to cover the floor drain, but the effect is not very good. . The restaurant is nice and the food is pretty good. The main problem is the hot spring. The bath towels are smelly and yellow, and the stains have not been cleaned. There are no large sizes, only medium and small. There is water in the bathroom! I don’t know if it’s urine or water! There are no large-sized clothes, and the waiter refuses to let you eat. Can you provide a bathrobe to the customer? The restaurant reception is really bad! No sense of service! The reception service at the hotel was very good and helped us choose the most suitable package! The bath master is also very awesome and professional!

The front desk service was friendly and they upgraded to a deluxe standard room for free. The room was clean and tidy, and the bath water was very good, but the shower room was a bit small. I encountered a small problem when using the washing machine. I asked the hotel staff to solve it in time. We had already checked out and checked out.
