We stayed just one night and didn’t use any of the other amenities the hotel has to offer. This review is strictly about the room. The bed was large, plush, and very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, the tub was large, the water pressure was high, and the soap smelled incredible (kind of like bananas). The room itself was large, comfortable, and had three televisions! The hotel seems wall-maintained, the staff was friendly, and the location is very convenient. We didn’t have a view of the River, but the view we had was pleasant. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others coming into Tianjin.

The accommodation at Radisson Hotel Tianjin Aqua city met all the standards. The staff were friendly and spoke English. They made our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms were always clean and service was great. The location was really good you were able to access Aqua city mall via the hotel at the restaurant level. There was also L+ mall across the road. The subway was 100m away and getting around the city was easy. The only think I could fault them on was that I booked a room with the street view at the top level and instead I got the top level with no street view. However the stay was great.

The hotel environment is super good, and the lobby has a light and luxurious atmosphere. The hotel's supporting facilities are complete. The service attitude of the lady at the front desk is very good. The location is good because there is no room with a Ferris wheel window view, but the photos taken downstairs in the hotel are also great!

My son and I stayed for 1 night and was extremely pleased with the hotel. We had a beautiful view and the room was comfortable and relaxing after a long day of play. The location was fantastic as it was less than 10min walk from the TianJin Eye. Fast food was accessible as KFC and an 7/11 was right around the corner. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit TianJin and highly recommend this hotel to travelers of all types.

The location is on the edge of the Haihe River. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the old street and the Tianjin Eye. Walking on the edge of the Haihe River, watching people sing and dance, a cruise ship sailing in the lighted Haihe River, I feel that the people of Tianjin are so happy. It is also very close to Italian style Street and Five Avenues, each with charm. In short, this hotel is worth recommending if you come to Tianjin.

Disadvantages: The most dissatisfied is that during the Spring Festival, the whole hotel has a little girl at the front desk to work, no room service staff. We opened two rooms, one room can open the door, all other facilities can not be used, even the lights are not on, go downstairs to find the front desk, said that the room staff is not on duty, she can not get it, can change a different floor room at night, During the Spring Festival, the staff needs to rest, but at least there is a duty. The room we stayed in did not have hand sanitizer or soap. The little girl at the front desk had no place to find it, and she had to take the order by herself. Check in, I have to answer two phones to deal with various problems of in-house guests. Fortunately, the front desk attitude is very good. I really don't want to quarrel with people during the New Year. It's almost 12 o'clock in the middle of the night. I went out to find a small supermarket to buy soap and disposable toilet sets.
