Recently stayed in Joys Palace and had a great time. Definitely a great place. I stayed in 6th floor had a great view. All the staff members in the reception were very courteous and helpful. They took care of every requirement with a smiling face.The Housekeeping staffs took care of giving a presentable neat room everyday. Food was good. The staff at the dining were very polite and helping. Overall, enjoyed the stay very much. Will definitely come back.

I stayed in this beautiful hotel for 2 days and our experience was amazing. Rooms are very comfortable and big, and hygiene levels are excellent. But the best part of this hotel is their staff who is very caring and courteous, Guest relation Littisha very helpful and full team was super. The buffet was amazing and food quality is great. You will surely get a feeling in this hotel as there is value for money because their service and hospitality is truly unmatched.last but not least Front office manager Siby he is highly professional and awesome very friendly... Once again thank you Joys team

Had very good stay, reception Desk staff gave very warm welcome & ensured all arrangements are comfortable. Food at restaurant was tasty with variety to savour as per choice.Pring reasonable given the excellent facilities.Would strongly recommend for Thrissur stay.

Joys palace is a amazing hotel,the staff made us feel right at home.Specially guest relation Littisha any of our request were taken care of immediately .pleasant customer oriented staff,Rooms are beautiful, service is impeccable.Mr Siby - front desk manager make us feel very special and he is highly professional and very cooperative ,food was excellent.thank you to all joys team....

From the moment I arrived to the hotel my experience was great. Front desk staff was very attentive, professional and accommodating specially Front desk manager Mr Siby.My room was very clean spacious luxurious and I love it.All the staff smiling face ,Guest relation Littisha and reception staffs are very helpful ,food was excellent.resturant service was good.I would stay at this joys palace and recommend it to everyone. They are celebrating 17th Anniversary with Verity of programs ,All the best for there further

The Joys palace has been lovely stay and one of the highlights was fantastic rooms. Good ambience to relax, hospitality was good. front desk manager Mr Siby,was such good manager,answering all our questions,giving great recommendaions.he made us feel at home.not only him enter fo team specially Gre Littisha and all other fo staff very help full.food was excellent.room was very spacious ,rooms rates are very cheep.i enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

We love this hotel so much,my second vist, it is honestly our favourite hotel that we ve ever been to,it feels very luxurious and the facilities are excellent;the staff is very kind and helpful,special mention front desk Manger Mr Siby very help full & professional,guest relation who helped us get checked in and was very welcoming, food and staff excellent; highily recommend

Poor. The reservation when booking on agoda says it is for max of 2 persons. Upon checking in, I was told the room I booked was only for one person, which is an obvious oversight since I didnt put the second guest name on since I am the lead guest. The manager refused to make an accommodation and insisted on another rs 1000. I ordered the delux room with a king bed which accommodates up to 3 persons on the app. As well, the swimming pool is ‘under construction’. Not only that, 2 roaches were waiting for is in the bathroom., though they changed rooms for us. It is certainly not customer centric and expect nickel and diming.

Thank you for arranging a short stay on an urgent basis. This was for a group of people who were our guests for a marriage function. The booking and arrangements were promptly arranged by Ms Mithula and she made sure there were no complications.
