I booked for 2 days for 21st March till 23rd Mar single room. When I checked in I made the payment Rs. 1521.00 and I asked if this is all I pay the receptionist said yes mam. I went to Kalady on 21st March and stayed there for 21st Mar and returned on 22nd March which I had let them know just needed a place to leave my luggage and my next destination trip was booked from trissur as no transport available from Kalady. On 23rd Mar when I checked out there was a new staff receptionist who charged me again 1521.00 fir 22nd March saying the payment for 21st Mar was for one night. I had made travels across the world and every hotel collect the price for the while stay either when you check in or when you check out. These people are cunning to double charge me. If they charge 1521.00 for that kind of room it's disgusting as there were cocroaches in the room and it was tiny little room which has dusts and hairs on the floor and on cabinet, no hot water facility just some basics they had. Other thing is the receptionist called me on 22nd Mar and said your room was open and have luggage and I'm calling to check if your coming when I left for Kalady on 21st Mar I locked the room and gave the keys to him and said I will be back tomorrow. That I find very strange and annoyed me. Not sure why they opened the room and definitely it was not clean so not to Clean the room. I myself cleaned the floor to do yoga when I arrived on 22nd Mar. It is very close to the Bus stand & Railway station. Rooms here are a combination of utility and luxury with all modern amenities. There are fully furnished A/c Rooms, Non A/c Rooms, Single Rooms, Double Room, Four Bedded, Seven Bedded, Fourteen Bedded, A/c and Non A/c Conference Hall are available for comfortable accommodation. Minimum Auto Fare to reach us from Railway, KSRTC Stand Since our hotel is very near to the famous temples in Thrissur, which is really comfortable to the pilgrims.
We provide all necessary services like Internet Cafe, DTP, Xerox, Snacks corner, ATM counter etc under one roof. So our guest need not wander for these facilities. Also we have a multi cuisine restaurant and Burger shop.
We have been providing our guest, a very clean and healthy atmosphere and a good service for the past four decades. That is why we stand unique among our competitors. Provide Special packages for students & teaching staffs on educational tour with homely atmosphere.
