Yantra Ayurvedic Beach Resort

Unfriendly resort, owner is very much money minded. First and foremost thing is to grab the money from the customer and once they get the money they won’t care of the customers. Hospitality is very bad and the people who are working in the resort are very rude and arrogant. due to their arrogant behaviour we ordered food in zomato since we don’t want to take risk. The rooms are Ok but bed sheets were not clean. There were some stains in the bedsheets (attached the pic) . They provided ‘wet swimming pool bed!!’as an extra bed After heated argument they have changed those wet beds and that too they have provided mattresses. The water in the restroom are yellow in colour. Totally it was a worst experience and I do not recommend it for anybody.

Unfriendly staff, not a customer friendly place Apart from that everything is fine We booked for bday party at yantra resort and we have been treated very unfriendly ***ner and one person (don’t know if it’s ***ager) made the stay and party miserable which is not good for the team.

This is to inform everyone before going to India I believe searching for Aureveda retreat and hoping to find good place to rest and experience local massages and food . My self come alone for 5 days and when I seen reception I was shockingly , dirty and very old . I thought it’s fine as I been traveling around the world a lot and see so ***y different places . When I seen my room and bathroom I was shocked again , but still kept quiet. After this starts all other bits . Room bedsheets was smelling so bad you can see on photos with staines and I was so upset. No hot water for a wile till they fixed, no internet , no restaurant as all good was being me in the room and time they did chose not me . Meeting with doctor I did told no carbs for me just pure veg and lunch I got rice , dinner rice . Communication 0 ,owner it’s rude and telling this is aureveda and it’s have to be like this , spa looks like Thailand high street . I could stay there any more left after just half a day and was not refunded the amount. When I complained the owner said I am a very stressed person and that’s why I am very unhappy. I have have being in hospitality 15 years and never come to this point to complain , as really never seen owner ***aging his business this way .

Great place with an access to a very clean beach, lovely staff,good room facility and very tastey sea food...and also the garden was so nice too see... Thanks to Yantra for oru last weekend memorable...

This beach is not at all good. Too much muddy and smelling very badly. If you are planning for a beach stay please do not select this location. As for as resort is concerned, The rooms are spacious, but the cleanliness need to be improved. The restaurant is pathetic. My general suggestion, please look for a good beach facing resort and clean beach.

Worst experience ever! The resort is having a good infrastructure and good sceneric view of the Arabian sea but attitude of the ***agement and support staff was rude. First of all we have to pay the whole money during check in itself. But when we checked, the bathroom closet flush was not working; water from the pipe was yellow in colour. it further delayed our time after check in. There was no trash bin in the room. The dinner was served cold when enquired the suport staff told that the chef was left early after making food. Please not that dinner is not complimentary and the menu was very hot Breakfast was complimentary and was worest than dinner. Most of thr people in our group did not have it. Only positive side was it is having a pvt beach area so tht we enjoy a bit We took 2 delux rooms and 1 Kerala cottage costing us around Rs. 20000 for 9 adults and 6 children for a night stay. We regret about selecting this resort for our get-together

Чудесное место, еду третий раз в этот отель из восьми раз аюрведического лечения. 14 дней сказки😊 рассвет в бассейне, йога, теплый океан, массажи, полный релакс👍 Хочется возвращаться снова и снова! В отличии от многих пляжей, более спокойное море. Приятная бодрость, подтянутость после лечения.
