Premier Inn Norwich East (Broadlands/A47)

Very spacious hotel with good facilities . Nice restaurant and play area for kids attached, play area is closed on Mondays for cleaning.

Room condition poor, room facilities not working, distance to room too far, lift not working, food not available from the menu, breakfast and evening meals served cold, coffee machine not working and the parking was difficult.

All that you hope for in a Premier Inn. Friendly staff, comfortable room, good parking, convenient location. Light bulb above bed wasn't working. Reported to reception, it was fixed while we were out at dinner :)

What a friendly hotel. The staff were welcoming and so helpful. I wish I lived there! Booking into the hotel was simplicity itself. Me and my friends took advantage of the excellent value for money Meal Deal and ate and drank to our hearts’ content. Thank you very much for such an enjoyable stay.

Many thanks, Premier inn team especially Sherrie and Brianna. I stayed with you for a couple of months due to work and you were friendly and really helpful. Helped me out a lot when work didn't book days for me and chased up my booking. The hotel is very clean, good location, food is really yummy and staff lovely. Would highly recommend. Another benefit is that it is really near Postwick Park and ride which goes into the city the bus drivers are lovely in Norwich. Would visit and stay in the hotel again

Reception staff were very helpful. Especially Sherrie who went the extra mile for us. Rooms as usual are always clean and tidy. Great location with plenty of places to eat and drink very close by. Situated next to the ring road which is very handy. Will be back again. Thanks for having us.

Excellent service all weekend. first class service in the restaurant. Thanks to Sherrie on reception on the Saturday morning. A great help. Room excellent and clean. Plenty of room on the car park and a short taxi or bus ride into the city centre.

Decent Premier Inn. No issues. Staff helpful and large car park. Didn't eat any food at the pub so can't comment on that but there were other options it seemed. Taxi £10 to get into the city - reasonable. Would recommend a stay here though we only stayed one night.

What a waste of money booked a room 2 months in advance on arrival was informed lift out order wrong room reserved when booking the room I called the hotel Internet problem at my end and booked a Disabled friendly room for me and my partner not one on the 3rd floor they found a standed room on the ground floor looked at the room no way was we staying 7 nights in that not much bigger than a broom cupboard no hand rails near the toilet or shower 2nd room much bigger but no handrails.when I spoke with the male on reception about not being informed about the lift,his reply was I should have rang the hotel to ask if the lift was working? Was I supposed to ask have. you got breakfast, chef 👩‍🍳 or cleaners. If you decide to book a room, avoid room number 2. You have noise from the laundry day and night so much for a perfect night's sleep
