Holiday Inn Express Thomasville

Nice property Staff was very friendly at front desk and house keeping staff as well Didn’t get a chance to taste breakfast Their business center computer was fast unlike other hotels i have stayed. Overall good experience in a small town

The property is beautiful. Could not have asked for a good nights stay, however, they did not hot water from check in to checkout

After driving over 10 hours on 10/14/2023, arrived at the property and was told our room had not been cleaned because someone didn't show up that day. Please keep in mind that it was at this time 10pm which meant that room had been dirty the entire day. The person at the front desk referred me to the GM whose only rationale was to go to another hotel down the street. We were unable to stay there and had to pay more at the next hotel.

This hotel is over ised and bot well maintained. The toilet made a very loud noise everytime you flushed it.

The hotel itself is super clean and new. We got the king size suite, which was more than enough room. We brought our dog since ******* advertised it as pet friendly, but they only allow service dogs. Thankfully, the staff was willing to allow our pup to stay for the price of the “pet policy violation” charge.

No hot water upon arrival, couldn't shower until the next morning.

Even though we were there for family business😢, the rooms were clean and nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. Will be staying there again.

We had to cancel our reservations because there was no hot water

The stay was ok, but there are a couple of things that would like to address. The first thing I would like to address is the smoking area was next to the front door, which I had to walk by and smell smoke whenever I walked out or walked in the hotel. That was discomforting. The next thing I would like to address, is the attire of the workers in the establishment, a worker was sagging their pants and did not look like they were wearing a uniform but a plain white t-shirt.
