Good Service

A good place to stay while on Thiruvananthapuram. I have a couple of suggestions: The hotel is in front of a one way road. You should expect the entry gate as the first gate you see, and exit gate the other, so that the guest could get down right at the entrance. Here it is just the opposite way! Of course if your driver overshoots, it might appear a good idea! With the present orientation the guest would get down at the far side from the entrance which looks a bit odd. Most rooms don’t have a balcony. I usually like to sit on the balcony on a chair and watch the city wake up, with my coffee (you actually have agr eat selection of teas and coffee). What a waste if you sit in your room and sip coffee! Would you mind doing something

The stay was amazing. From the day of Check-in to the day Check-out it was like homely environment with luxury. The staff were polite and friendly in assissting the guests. They helped us to try new cuisines and recommended us in the travel Itinerary. The restaurant ambience was good and the food was great. We tried Breakfast and Dinner spread that was so yummy. The property is very well maintained. We can experience the luxury in Vivanta Thiruvananthapuram.

Personal attention is what makes the place distinctive, although a bit more professionalism may be required. They have a quiet and cute infinity pool on the 8th floor and next to the gymnasium, a large artificial grass 'lawn' where you can walk out your daily quota of brisk steps, after a day of meetings. A hot shower after the walk will soothe you to the melody of the piano played enchantingly by Aashiq Mohan, although the music takes place only on Wednesdays and Saturdays, unless there is a noisy disco, as I discovered. The bar may feel a bit 'closed' to some, but I enjoy the neon lights and the pink colour reflected by my 'Red label' mixed with the famous Trivandrum water or soda. I enjoyed the stay and relaxation during my business trip and am looking forward to a pure holiday. The F&B ***ager Mr.Sudeer is a busy person and involves himself thoroughly. Chef Amar would like an encouraging word from the customers and would do well to procure some filets of fish that the city prides itself on.

The location of the property is such that every thing is easily accessible, It is clear that staff takes great pride in their work, and their dedication to providing outstanding service did not go unnoticed. Our stay was nothing short of enjoyable, thanks in large part to the efforts of your exceptional team.

Being a regular guest staying at the hotel every month, the check staff in made me so happy with a kind of welcome back home. The ***ager Mr. Ankush is remarkable with his hospitality and always with a big sweet smile ready to support for anything and everything. The chef in the restaurant went out his way to make the best food , venturing into new recipes for us. The Biriyani and Salan he made for our lunch was par excellence. Absolutely a pleasure to stay in this hotel. I was staying there during Vishu and they had made a beautiful decoration for Vishu giving a nice festive feel. Though the rooms are quite small and is a no frills hotel with no salon or spa or lounge , will definitely stay only here because of the wonderful hospitality and services of the staff.

Employees are very helpful and friendly ……. Front desk Ms Amrutha and Restaurant Mr Mahesh were very helpful and courteous…………. Staffs there always do their best to accommodate their guest needs …….. Clean rooms ……. Food is good and their hot and live kitchen items are nice .
