Very bad property... Amenities are totally broken no proper maintenance. No proper service, dirty kettle, even they are charging for water bottle, not able to get water in washroom, till 5 no room cleaning has been given. The pics which they posted in site it's really fake one.

I do not recommed this for anyone - to start with, the reception team [***ager] is very rude when speaking to guests. Two days back I have booked a room for 4 nights - the duty ***ager gave me a bill of INR 14K which I settled in full. However later upon checking the bill, I found that INR 1K was excess and I have enquired about the same to the duty ***ager. She was very rude in explaining the error to me, however I feel this was not an error and she did it purposely. The gross was showing as INR 14K and when I sat and calculated the breakdown it was only INR 13K. As a guest, most of us check only the gross and won't bother to tally and see the breakdown of charges. The reception duty ***ager did not even had a courtesy to apologise - which seems unprofessional approach. I personally do not recommend this stay to anyone - better to check other options in Trivandrum

Not good, very bad food, old furniture in room, old bedsheets, no experianced staff rooms are not neat and clean. Bad food and high cost, not good for family only 12 hrs provided, room serives are bad

The staff here are very rude and totally confused. They will confirm one rate and then while check out add all kinds of charges and inflate the bill. Be very careful. Take everything in written. The reception will abuse you on your face.

Though the staff is friendly and helpful, the place looks neglected, and it's high time for a renovation. The premises usually get busy and crowded by the hasty gadabouts who scamper to the Bar at the rear side of the property. Food is passable but nothing worth mentioning. It would be fine if the ***agement renovated the property to make it a family-friendly hotel.

Such disappointing experience! Room was not cleaned properly. There were lots of hair on the bed and left over food in the mini fridge! They offered me an upgrade to the suite for free, but when I checked that room there were hair on the bed again! UNBELIEVABLE ! It’s such disgusting that these hotels’ house keeping DOESN’T CHANGE BED LINEN AND CLEAN THE ROOM PROPERLY before they check in new guests! I’m sure they have been doing this always and will be doing the same and get away with it! NEVER RECOMMEND Only good thing was I got my money back without much talking! It’s such a pain that hotels do this and the guests have to find another hotel for the stay. More taxi fares and more headache!

Probably the worst experience Ever!! In a hotel. The food is terrible, the service is terrible and the cleanliness is very bad. The staff behaves like they don’t want to work there. The room wasn’t cleaned, the bathroom exhaust wasn’t working and they never cleaned the food plates for two days. The place can only improve if they hire new staffs and fire the old ones.

We had a family get together at this place and more than half of the attendees ended up getting medical help due to food poisoning. If you still ignore this message and end up dining at this place, all I can say is good luck.

very very very very bad such a local lodge service we received from a so called 4star property better to stay in a lodge Liked · Nothing was good at this property during our entire stay the staff were really unprofessional and untrained and the behaviour of the staff was really bad and the service at the restaurant was really very very poor I will never suggest this property to anyone. This property claims that they are 4 star property but we didn’t felt the standard of a local lodge such a bad experience the service of the hotel during stay doesn’t worth the price we paid at this really bad property. The staff doesn’t have the ***ners to interact with the guest even they don’t know the basics to interact with the guest… Front Office . Doesn’t have the ***ners to wish the guest . Don’t even know how to take a check in . wispper in front of the guest by pointing at them F&B Service . Restaurant is not a Family friendly . They don’t have a proper restaurant- they have a local bar which they uses as a family restaurant which is not at good for family ambience . The room service is not at all on time they take atleast 50minutes to deliver a simple dishes . We ordered some dishes in that one item was missing and then when we called them to ask about such at that time they are telling that the item is not available, they don’t even have the sense to informed the guest about such . Whenever you are entering the so called restaurant please we “suggest to carry water bottles with you” because the restaurant staff doesn’t even bother to perform the basics of the restaurant to serve water to the guest. Housekeeping . The amenities placed in the rooms was only for one person by knowing that we are double occupancy they doesn’t even care to ask for additional ones also . The Duet Cover was literally torned from one side and I don’t how the housekeeper doesn’t saw such a torned cover . we stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days we didn’t didn’t even received room cleaning and basic amenities. . The swimming pool was not at all cleaned I don’t from last how ***y days. Kitchen Food was good I will say the lodge service will be better than this property which claims as 4 star property
