Santa Beach Hotel

The spa space was as beautiful and nicely catered just like in luxury cruiseships!! Me and my daughter enjoyed the “Ancient Greek” massage, pedicures, swimming in the spa pool and using the amenities. Ania gave me one of the best massages of my life, her physiotherapy skill were a dream! And Foteini was a lovely facialist! Highly recommend to everyone in the Thessaloniki area, whether they are just visiting or living in the city. I will definitely visit again!!

This is quite a nice hotel. Yes, maybe the rooms we were in, were not the biggest but going to a vacation the room itself for me is not the biggest priority. It was clean and the room was everyday visited by the staff to clean it and change the towels. The choice for breakfast and dinner was more than alright and it was very tasty. The staff was quite nice and polite always. To be honest, I did not go to the beach in front but used the gym and the spa centre which was very relaxing. Now, being it in the off season, around was not that lively at night, so it is better to come there by car and go to Peraia or elsewhere for the nightlife or even during the day when not at the beach. The parking is public but we always had a place to park. Overall my experience of this hotel was positive and I would return there.

The hotel charges you beds on the hotel beach. Parking total disorganized. Food for dinner awful. Unfriendly staff. Bathrooms extremely small, impossible to turn around. Pool was closed on a sunday because of work Location great,

It's our second stay in this hotel. Last year 2022 we were very impressed from the hotel and that is why we came back. Unfortunately this year the beach is very dirty. No one clean the sea**** at the beach. There was some clients that were doing it because they were unhappy with that mess too. The pool and beach service is very slow or they are somewhere hidden in the shadow because they said the interenet is bad. Yes I know it's August and it is hot. I understand but if they go on rotate it may be easier for them. Day pool bartender made very light cocktails - colored water on ice, as we described it with no flavor... I will give a chance to the night shift bartender again. I heard that his cocktails are very good. I hope. The internet connection is very poor. I had to finish some important work while on vacation but it was juat impossible... Even after they fixed the problem with the Internet it was okay only in the hours when probably most people sleep. Although the restaurant service was great as last year. Always smiling, polite and hardworking. Same as the cleaning staff and the front desk. Rooms were cleaned every day and restock with water, good tea and coffee. Breakfast is fresh and diversified. There is something for everyone's taste and is very good. Coffee flavor at breakfast could be better but once the pool bar opens you can order good coffee from there. The pool view at the restaurant is very nice and beautiful. Friday there is a live music at the pool which was fighting with the wedding party music at the other part of the hotel and anotger loud music from a close by bar/tavern. So it was very loud and it was more like a random tavern but not a five star hotel/restaurant/pool... So we skipped dinner at the hotel because of that, no matter it is so delicious, but it was too much. Anyway the hotel has a very nice location. There is lots of bars and taverns around. Good for any age. If the beach was cleaned more often it could be such a paradise with all that palms, nice sand and beautiful hotel.

the rooms are dirty and not maintained! the hotel doesn't have any sound insulation, it's like I'm in the same room with the guests from the room next to me... I can't imagine how I'll sleep 🤦‍♀️!!!! no hangers for towels, everything in tatters... the toiletries do not correspond to a 4* hotel

Hotel is a catfish. Not a 5 star. Location is not 5 star, service is not 5 star. The only thing that saved the holiday is the pool area, but the rest of the building is a tacky rococo extravaganza with not enough light and an obsessive attention to tasteless detail. The area around the hotel is decadent, and the beach is mediocre. However the outdoor furniture is pretty, we struggled to get the attention from the staff when wanting to order food/drinks. As I said, the pool area is the best one for relax/food and drinks; the girls at the bar by the pool are very nice and they took care of us during our stay.

The manager and the team but Dimitri are just NOT professional. The Manager gets the Job as the Manager because he is the son of the owner. Cats drinking from the chlorine pool. The manager and lifeguard yelled at a guest that did not have a Speedo. No one is swimming. The guest that gets yelled leaving pointing a finger at the manager and lifeguard. The owner did not question why the guest had been yelling, just happy to show that he is the boss, guest left, I went to my room and took my stuff, cancel my reservation, and left on my feet. Will never back to this Hotel - USA DO NOT GO!

Rooms are small, view from the terrace is exceptional. Food was as at home. Staff was professional, kind and very helpfull. Next to the beach. Near to Nea Epivates and Perea and you can take a long walk by the sea. Recommendation for the families with kids.

We stayed at Santa Wellness Hotel for about a week /not for first time/. The area is very nice. The sea is in front of the Hotel with new and clean sunbeds /different type/. The pool area is lovely too and iffers astonishing view. The rooms are new, modern, stylish decorated, they are cleaned avery day. The most important is the staff - always in good mod, helpful and at your disposal. I highly reccomend the Hotel as we stay every Year there and the service is getting better with every Year.
