Apar**ent was spacious and very clean. Two tv’s was a treat. Having a balcony was great fir drying hand wash and sitting out in evenings. Would stay again

Alice on Todd was recommended by a friend and from the initial phone call it was smooth sailing. I love the fact I could book via phone and talk to a human being, who happened to be charming and helpful. The setting is gorgeous and our 2 bedroom upstairs apar**ent was clean, comfy and well appointed. This was greatly appreciated as we were there for the 11 day long, amazing Desert Song Festival so self catering and laundering was necessary. The housekeeping staff were wonderful too.

Location was great with security gates. Our booked apar**ent was changed without notice. We only found out when we picked up the key and had to confirm the room that was given to us. It was only after we queried when we received an email saying they were fully booked and they cannot give us an upgrade. We were not asking for an upgrade, we’ve booked and received confirmation for a one bedroom. The studio apar**ent was enough to have a place to sleep as we were out most of the day. The studio has a small double size (old) bed. The bed linen cover had small hairs and one of the towels provided was tattered and had holes! We couldn’t bear to use it so we had to share one towel, one hand towel and no face towel supplied. The kettle was unusable even after we’ve cleaned it from the water residues, the base had rust spots. We emailed the situation straight away and never received any acknowledgment. Although it was disappointing, we didn’t want to spoil our 4 days stay in AS.

Nice place but far away from everything… there is nothing to est or buy close buy… need a long walk.
But it is still a good chose for the money you pay.
Stay is super friendly but be awar to book your tours yourself and specially a taxi because there are very few…

Such a lovely stay! So much space and comfy beds. The service was super friendly. We got some great advice on where to go for dinner and what to see during our visit. The location is great, right near the Todd river and a short walk to the shops.

Good place to stay when visiting Alice Springs. Property is safe and secure. Stayed in a two bedroom apar**ent which also contained a washer in room for us to be able to catch up on Laundry during our extended stay in Australia.
Nice deck to hang out both in the morning and evening to sit and relax.
Property is a bit outside the CBD which can be both good and bad. Not much within walking distance.
Offstreet parking with the gates being closed after 7pm was good given the situation in Alice Springs.

Accomodation here is always excellent, I visit and stay regularly and am always met with an immaculate room, comfy bed and excellent service from Stacey and Graham- safe and secure rooms and parking - housekeeping staff are helpful and do a great job keeping the rooms clean and hygienic
