시설이 많이 노후되었고 욕조에 물이 잘 안 내려가고 샤워기는 고정이 안되네요...
불빛이 어두운데 추가 불빛은 제공 안 됩니다.
가뜩이나 하와이가 겨울 시즌이라 추운데 에어컨만 빵빵하고 히터는 제공이 안 됩니다.
기프트는 냄새나고 철가루가 떨어지는 텀블러...
Amenity도 형편없습니다.
다음에 빅아일랜드를 가게 되면 반드시 다른 호텔로 예약할 것입니다.
하지만 로비레 있는 카페에서 파는 커피와 칵테일은 맛있었습니다.

チェックイン、チェックアウトが簡単！
ロケーション抜群！ホテル前のサンセットが美しい！ショッピングも便利で、朝起きたら散歩がてら朝食を買いに行ける！夜11時までプールに入れる！
夜の9時くらいまで、プールサイドのジャグジーは温かくて、バーで飲み物もらって、のんびりジャグジーに浸かるのは最高！

We had the perfect vacation there! First class place to stay in a first class area of the island. Plan on extra costs for resort/spa fees, parking, and good WiFi, but if you’re planning a trip and money isn’t a big concern, we highly recommend this hotel!

The views are amazing..we’ve stayed here multiple times. Very walkable to the beach and shopping. Great pools.
We were not impressed with the restaurant. Food was awful and expensive. My husband got food poisoning on Christmas Eve. They don’t provide coffee cups in the rooms and sad they took away valet.

Property is not well maintained and I have seen a bunch of dirty spots on the bedding. There are water and stains on the floor and elevators. Basically it is not in a good condition. Seems like ＜3 category.
What makes me feel even more uncomfortable is that they don’t really help. I have to drink water in the early morning due to personal reasons. I came back late like 10pm on that day and every store was closed. I asked front desk if I can get some water but they don’t have bottle of waters even if I can pay for it.
I paid 900 dollars a night and 40 dollars for resort fee. I don’t think it is worth it.
Really bad experience.
I complained to Marriot online and someone reached out to me via email. But the email just said the complain was forwarded to the management and nothing else they can do.
No one from this hotel has reached out to me after that. And the situation was not improved at all in the following stays.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff.
Room was nice and clean overall. The only cons was that the bed wasn't a king size when it said it is. other than that, room was nice and roomy.
I love the pool and the walk to the beach. Be care when you swim in the ocean, there are rocks in the ocean.
Love the coffee shop in the lobby and coffee was great! We also tried the breakfast at Hawaiian Calls restaurant and it was great and service was awesome.
