Hotel Temple City

I have booked two rooms but the property people given only one room after asking many times. I don't know whether it is hotel mistake or makemytrip mistake. I don't need. I was suffered alot like this. I am not interested to book in makemytrip from next time onwards. If room not available then you should not show that rooms is unavailable. Very worst this is.

Had booked for 3 deluxe rooms, the hotel when arrived at 11pm ist, mentions about 2 deluxe rooms and 1 single cot room, having reserved 3 deluxe rooms for 7 adults and 5 kids, doesn't serve the purpose of 2. 5 rooms. Had a bad experience of heated up arguments with the hotel receptionist who mentions about "no other go, but to adjust and stay" this is very bad experience at mid night, with family members staying on road, had to fetch for alternative rooms nearby with no luck and had to travel like 40 kms. By 1 am we found a room in tanjore.

It was a very bad experience. The room was very very small and it appeared that one addl bed was put in a very small single room. The linen was totally dirty. Bathroom was stinking. In fact black colour water came in taps the morning. Toilet was most unhygienic. Beds were not put properly. Poorly lit rooms. Set top box was not there. It is certainly not worth paying so much for this very very poor room. The rooms are not worthy for humans to stay. You may remove it from the list of yours. I will not recommend this accommodation for any one. Over all a very very poor and sad experience. Regards ravindran. I didn’t take any pics. There was one mr paramaguru in the hotel. Bathroom stinks of smell, the water is discolored, the reception is bad, the ac doesn't work, dth doesn't work, basically everything is bad over there

Neat and clean. Double delux ac room. Facilities are excellant. Good ventilation. Quick response from room service persons

Location near moopanar house. Fully safety area. Car parking available. Suitable for short term stay. All important temples nearby. No in house restaurant available.

Ok. Bed was very hard, linen was not clean, spotted a cockroach in toilet. You had informed us that it is a double bed deluxe rooms. They have only one form of rooms and there is no deluxe about it.
