Room was new, which is nice. It was small and the walls were quiet thin. We could hear trains throughout the night and the rooms around us.

Fabulous breakfast! And we loved the coffee/tea station in the lobby. The room was comfortable and clean. Very pleasant stay - we would recommend it to friends and family. The only improvement I would suggest is an outdoor sitting area other than the smoking zone.

The reception at check-in was good. The room was great and room very clean. I had a good rest there and recommend others to stay when traveling through Terrace.

The staff is absolutely outstanding! Awesome sleep, Super clean, very quiet, beautiful hotel with a complimentary breakfast. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Said there was a airport shuttle on the website but when we got to airport none there called hotel and was told shuttle ended at 6 pm and wasn’t offered anything to help. We phoned taxi and was charged 35$ to taxi to hotel. Got to front desk and asked for reimbursement but we would need to talk to manager that was 2 days ago finally just got our reimbursement.
