The front desk receptionist were very friendly and helpful. The room is ok, the bathroom faucet is leaking so it makes an annoying noise at night time.

Their attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile made the experience all the more pleasant and memorable. From the moment guests arrived, they felt valued and cared for, fostering a sense of genuine hospitality that extended throughout their stay. While the room offered ample space and amenities, my initial impression was marred by concerns regarding cleanliness. Upon entering, I noticed unsightly stains adorning the curtains, casting a shadow over the otherwise pleasant ambiance. To my dismay, the bedding also fell short of my expectations, revealing evidence of previous use. Fortunately, I had the foresight to bring my own sheets, which I promptly utilized to ensure a comfortable night's rest. Despite the unfortunate state of the room's cleanliness, I commend the establishment for its well-maintained facilities and courteous staff. The bathroom was spotless, providing a refreshing respite from the less than pristine condition of the sleeping area. The amenities were also in good working order, ensuring a convenient and comfortable stay. While I understand that occasional oversights can occur, it is imperative for any accommodation provider to prioritize cleanliness and hygiene.

Fine stay to see a graduation. The hotel is near a highway and the airport, so there is some noise, but not excessive. The room was clean, beds comfortable, service polite, and house cleaning was efficient. The breakfast was on par for a mid priced hotel, the coffee is meh.

This is a nice hotel, Located close to ASU. We were there for a graduation, so just one night. The staff was excellent upon check-in as well as check out. The beds were firm, good for some of us not so good for some of us. The only issue that I really had, was the shower. It was dripping the entire night. The temperature was regulated so not cold, but not super hot.

Bed very comfortable. And liked the layout of the room with the separate sofa area. Traffic noise and little sound insulation between rooms.

Very nice staff. But the breakfast egg and sausage was terrible . Other than that the hotel was great.

I was able to get 1 hour extra at check put with no charge because i had a late check-in. Staff ate very kind and helpfull clean property and rooms
