Unique apartment and Avi was really helpful and friendly throughout our stay! Gorgeous views of Tel Aviv, and even a hot tub in our room which was a welcome surprise after a long trip.

Do not waste your time or money on booking this location. They are unfriendly, unhelpful and rude. They didn't send instructions on checking in as they said they would, my taxi driver could not find them with the address they gave, and it's impossible to fiugre out on your own. Not worth the headache

I stayed at Avi's Place over a Shabbat and then my family from the USA arrived at Ben Gurion and joined me there. Avi and his helper Issac went out of their way to anticipate my every need and respected my privacy. Having Isaac and Avi one floor belowr to ask questions and chat was aBONUS I felt totally at home.The property was kept clean.When I wanted to make welcome banners they furnished me wish with colored paper, felt tips and a work table on which to work. They even helped my tape the banners up on the wall. The room came with bottled water in the refrigerator and other extras for snacking . The most outstanding feature was the luxurios, spaious veranda. The roof top view of Tel Aviv was marvellous. The location was near parks and synogogues. There was even free parking. The decor in the rooms was okay. It had a dinnette table, dishes, and silverware and cooking utensils with a stovetop. and refrigerator.The stylish bathroom showers, old fashioned four legged bathtub and rooftop jacuzzi were high fashion. There was air conditioning and netflix available. We had the entire top (10th) floor to ourselves.One drawback is one must be able to climb stairs to the loft area.

Host was very accommodating. He was extremely attentive. The space available was well cared for. Avi made sure that we had what we need to be comfortable. The balcony area had an amazing view. Although, we were extremely stressed out when we arrived, the host made it better. If we are in the area again, we will choose it again. Family friendly. I highly recommend.

We had a good time while we stayed at Avis place. We were picked up and Avi took us to an area to get food, he helped us communicate our food order. We spent a whole day in Tel Avi walking and seeing the places around his property. The room was nice and the people there helping were accomodating. We would defininatley stay here again in the future while visiting Tel Avi.
