came to celebrate B-day during difficult time in Israel. A 500$ room per night, hotel failed to inform that due to situation all facilities are closed - spa, bar, pool etc. place practically deserted. Mini bar in room empty. Worst was dinner at restaurant - started with being served a different wine then we ordered, 2 starters came after half an hour wait, then another 90 minutes went by, noone cared, we asked for the manager who told us to go away. we left restaurant and checked out of hotel (weren't even asked why we are lea ivung after a few hours) we will never return. Appalling

Outstanding hotel with one of the best staffs in place. They took care of our every need anticipating, ahead of time, what our needs were going to be. Towels for the pool, water after returning, or the nice bottle of wine that welcomed us into our room when we arrived! Recommend without reservation!

Spent the weekend here in March. The room in the old section was beautiful a real special place. The lunch in the outdoor patio was excellent dinner. Dinner in Giordano’s, the hotel restaurant, was one of the best meals I’ve had in Israel. Would highly recommend this place.

The staff was fabulous. Rooms are small. I’d like to especially call out Roman from the restaurant as the most fantastic host. Really new and very well kept property including the pool. More of a couples hotel or business but truly beautiful.

Lovely hotel right in Old Jaffa. It’s a beautiful area to walk around and is safe and quiet. It’s about a 5 minute walk to Jaffa beach and maybe a 30 minute walk to central Tel Aviv. The room is gorgeous and the shakshuka puts every Israeli restaurant in NYC to shame. Delicious. The staff is lovely too. The bomb shelter is in the hallway so bring pajamas just in case. My only complaint is that the fire alarm is right over the bed so the light was a little irritating at night, but I was also jet lagged.

The service at this hotel is outstanding. The staff are attentive to your every need. They make sure that every special request and need is looked after. Thanks to Roman for arranging our departure breakfast at 4 AM for us to catch a flight.

We had the most incredible stay at the Jaffa! This was the best service we ever had at a hotel; everyone at the hotel especially Matt the restaurant manager, went absolutely above and beyond from welcoming our friends who visited us to the hotel, to remembering our food preferences to a farewell gift bag - the Jaffa made us feel like family. We are thinking of the staff during this difficult time.

We went to the Jiardino restaurant for a birthday and it was amazing! The food was excellent and the service was exceptional. Xenia was our waitress and she was just perfect! We will come again to try then new menu soon.

In connection with the beginning of the war in Israel, my friends and I talked a lot about our bright vacation there, looked at photos and highlighted the moments that gave us the best emotions. One of these is breakfast at the "Luxury Collection Hotel". Hostess Alina welcomed us very warmly and openly, after which our atmosphere there became homely and it was easy for us to communicate with other staff. I especially want to single out Roman's professional work! His recommendations on the choice of dishes, the order of their consumption, the combination of food and drinks - made ecstasy for our stomachs. Stories about the history of the hotel, jokes and recommendations on what to visit in Israel - created a friendly atmosphere with the staff, I want to come back more than once and feel like a king in this heavenly place!
