Des'Otel has become one of my favorite hotels on the planet!!
Their customer service is excellent. The general manager has excellent English and is so kind to our kids and very helpful in recommending the best restaurants and local sites.
The rooms are comfortable and pretty much soundproof. The beds are comfortable. The internet is super fast (much faster than at home or my office).
The breakfast is fantastic!!
The water pressure in the showers is wonderful too.
The hotel staff is extra careful wearing masks and gloves during the Covid pandemic. We appreciate that they are being careful to protect their guests.
My only recommendation is that you might want to consider searching for another way of booking your hotel besides **********. We had a 28% service fee added to our room by ********** !!! I originally thought that perhaps Terkirdag had an extremely high tax rate but after talking with the hotel manager, seeing the print out details from the hotel, and later chatting with ********** chat service, I found out that the 28% fee was all from **********. They are getting around having to crediting our Rewards program by charging it to additional Taxes and Fees instead. So ridiculous!! I'm going to find a different service like Kayak, ******* or something else that treats their customers with respect.
