Surbee Resort Mussoorie

Had a comfortable stay. Resort is located at awesome site. Attractions are also nearby. Staff too was well trained & helpful.

It was amazing stay in surbee resort staff really helpful and food was great overall good rooms view in the morning amazing great location resort in mussoorie thanks to our travel agent to book our booking

No fan only wall fan was there with no control my baby’s got no sleep at night because of fan and they charged extra for my 2 kids for bed i already add 2 kids above 5 years but they don’t ready to accept it very bad

No room service, dirty room, foul smell in room, unclean toilets, intercom not working, dirty linen, bathroom door not working, balcony door not working, bad food, over very bad

Dear properly was deserted we were the only guests. They have not mop the floor there all were scratches on floor, no dusting was done bf-or check in. Bathroom jet handle was broken and leaking also. They offered us 2nd room but we didn't as all rooms were deserted were ditto. Property is very big but not well maintained. Very few lights were lit as we were only guests. No welcome drink and on nd on.

Apart from room, they are not providing even shop moisturiser and comb which is basic needs, there is not a coffee pouch or tea bag during stay, charges for room heater as well

Floor sticky ! Exhaust not working! Breakfast starts at 9 am! Place for youngsters may be! Hair all over! Drawers full or hair! Geyser water in health faucet… lol… carry burnol! We booked for 3 days and checked out the second day. Despite several request on exhaust no one paid attention and room then stinks…. Thanks ! Also they won’t take any feedback so don’t try even. To top it up- when we called the lady who was coordinating during the booking time she said we should have the called her and not the reception. They added few bottles of water by mistake, Rest was fine !!!

We went here in the third week of May'22. Hotel is genuinely good. Staff didn't even ask us for any payments or security when we checked in, as the staff saw that my mom was struggling for a walk to the room. They gave priority to servicing and hospitality. Was very much impressed at that one gesture, plus they refused to take any extra money for concierge service, we had to actually please them to take the money. Not at all money minded people, their true aim is hospitality and genuinely happy clients. Loved the ambiance, we opted for breakfast and dinner at the hotel and we made a right choice with it.

Definitely worth to visit place. Kampty fall, Mall Road, Company Garden, Gun Hill are places to visit. Surbee resort good place to stay with nice view, good quality of food, service and rate is also reasonable. Even on Mall road also good restaurants to have a food.
