This is really a nice place to be in Tehran. The hotel accommodations are comfortable. There is a Gym, Hammam and sauna space. Look well for the opening schedule as they are different for men or women. The restaurant is great and the breakfast buffet is sumptuous. It is located in the north part of Tehran and that implies being in the traffic jam for visiting the centre of the city.

I booked a specific room and paid in advance but at the time of check in, the room was given away to someone else. Instead, I was given a room facing the parking lot with broken AC. The following day, I switch my room however one of my packages was either misplaced or stolen when they transferred my stuff to the new room. I brought up the issue to the management and he insured me that he will either find the missing package or reimburse me. At the time of check out, they called a hotel worker who pleaded us not to ask for reimbursement otherwise he had to pay the hotel. I found the whole approach completely unacceptable since I was dealing with a hotel and not an individual. The new room has basic standard. Half of the bathroom sink is stuck in the corner of shower stall. The breakfast is complimentary however the staff need better training. When I asked for tea, the staff showed me the tea pot and said you can get it yourself. I personally stay away from this property. There are too many issues and above all, missing/theft issues.

Big room, comfortable bed, good wifi but... - Breakfast was slightly better than in other hotels in Tehran I stayed but, definitely, it is far from what I would expect - Room was on the ground floor, near to bar/café and restaurant, so a bit noisy - Room with no window - No gym

Al di là del costo spropositato per gli standard iraniani, è decisamente un albergo kitch e volgare negli arredamenta. Si vedono riferimenti all'antica Persia di dubbio gusto. Oltre questo il personale non ha nulla a che vedere con l'ospitalità iraniana, se fanno i gentili è solo perchè vogliono una lauta mancia (personalmente mi è stata praticamente imposta). Camere e pulizia buone, ma passa tutto in secondo piano se si ha un servizio di questo tipo. A mai più rivederci.

Красивый холл Отель достаточно близко от выставочного центра Очень хороший ресторан иранской кухни Номера не новые, чистота на среднем уровне В номере есть небольшая кухонная зона Окна номера 209 выходят в колодец!!! Категорически не советую!!! В номере есть небольшая терраса, но очень грязная. В отеле везде можно курить, по этой причине номер ужасно прокуренный!!!
