こちらにて3泊させていただきました。
初日のお部屋の冷房が故障していたのですが、他のお部屋をすぐに用意してくださり、とても助かりました。
タクシーの手配なども快くやってくださり、とてもよかったです。

"Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war einfach fantastisch! Von dem Moment an, als wir die Rezeption betraten, wurden wir von einem Team freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter empfangen. Sie gaben uns das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein, und waren stets bereit, uns mit allem zu unterstützen, was wir brauchten. Ihre Kenntnisse über die Umgebung und ihre Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten waren ausgezeichnet und haben unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Nice, clean, bright and clean. We had requested two rooms next to each other but they gave us rooms on different floor. Rooms were spacious.
Location is central. No issues with transport.

房間還可以，衹是比較舊了。設施各方面都還過得去，都比較陳舊，想中國九十年代的樣子。衞生和服務還可以，礦泉水每天二大瓶。衹是餐廳服務有些不理解，我們晚上6點到了，他們必須要等到7點才營業

第二次評價了，因為是直接續住。酒店在當地比較好。餐廳的服務人員非常熱情，態度可以的，就是前台服務比較差。下一次不會再住了，會選擇另一家埃斯皮納斯酒店。
