Countenay village 位於一座樓宇的一樓和二樓。進入樓宇check in 要打電話跟職員取密碼才能取匙卡進入樓宇和房間。樓宇的升降機細小而且老舊。進入房間有點一股不太好的氣味。房間的清潔算可以。樓宇的街道有很多餐廳。

A very clean & comfy apartment for 3 couples, comfortable beds, nice lounge, right in the heart of Coutenay Pl, Wellington with mega options for meals and close to Te Papa. Great walking along the nearby waterfront in the morning watching the sun rise. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Property was very dusty. Dirty vents and the high beams were coated in dust and cobwebs, didn't look like they'd been cleaned for at least a year. Husband and son spent an uncomfortable stay full of sneezing, red itchy eyes and taking a ton of zertec. We rate it a 2.5 star experience. Would not recommend.

Check in was a disaster. Poorly staffed and managed. No check in desk and my room was not ready when I arrived and we were stuck on the street full of aggressive people for an hour and a half. Used the phone number at the door and was told they are understaffed. Apartment was in poor condition. Door handle on bathroom fell off. Phoned and informed management and they said they would send somebody to repair it and nobody came. Toilet brush snapped off. Furniture was old and kitchen lino was sticky and needs replacement. Split level with stairs not suitable for people with mobility issues. Not worth 200 a night. Room needs a lot of work. Definitely not the highlight of my trip.

Location location location! Absolutely fantastic central location. Blink and you’ll miss it… we must’ve driven past 3 times before spotting it. Two bedroomed apartment, although a bit tired it certainly does the job. Beds are very comfy, bedding is what you can expect from a good 4 star hotel. Great to have a washing machine and dryer combo (especially with kids). The only not so great thing is the older dishwasher, passed its date of usage. It leaves residual on the glasses and cups. KC takeaway was the best Asian food I’ve had in a while!
