Clocks Hotel Tbilisi

I booked the hotel directly through their Instagram page and, at first, was a bit concerned since I wasn’t sure what to expect from a local brand. However, there was nothing to worry about! The moment you step inside, you can feel the warm atmosphere. From the pleasant, memorable scent to the genuine, welcoming smiles of the reception staff, you instantly feel appreciated. We stayed for 2 nights, and the hotel had everything we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided in the room exceeded those of many five-star hotels – we were pleasantly surprised! The location is very convenient, with metro and bus stations just a 3-4 minute walk away, and taxis can arrive within minutes if needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

It was a perfect gateway, and my stay was memorable, quiet and relaxing. The Location, view and environment of Clocks Hotel are undoubtedly breathtaking. The Staff from every level, with no doubts, were friendly and attentive with the best hospitality. The breakfast buffet was exceptionally well prepared, although it had the same menu for three days. For me, everything about the hotel was perfect and cosy. I never felt lonely and away from home since it was my first solo trip to Tbilisi, Georgia, and glad that my travel agent had chosen this hotel. The room I stayed in was well-equipped, clean and comfortable. I could go on but suffice it to say I am pleased with my stay. Thank you, Clocks Hotel team!!!

Terrible Experience at Hotel Clocks, Tbilisi – Avoid if You Value Your Stay I recently had an extremely disappointing stay at Hotel Clocks in Tbilisi, Georgia. Despite booking an Executive Suite, the room size was shockingly small, far from what you'd expect for the price and category. It felt more like a cramped standard room than anything resembling a suite. The issues didn’t end there. On multiple occasions, there was no water available at night. This was not only inconvenient but also unacceptable—especially when it meant not being able to flush the toilet or access water in the bathroom. The staff was another major letdown. They were extremely rude and unhelpful, making the entire experience even more frustrating. As a frequent traveler, I've stayed in many hotels around the world, but the level of unprofessionalism here was shocking. The breakfast was SAME EVERY SINGLE DAY, with the same limited options every single day. Furthermore, the vegetarian options were almost nonexistent, making it difficult for those with dietary preferences or restrictions. The only redeeming quality of this hotel is the view, which is indeed beautiful. But even that cannot make up for the numerous issues faced during my stay. I strongly advise other hotel options as well, especially if you are Asian, Indian, or a person of colour. I felt that there was a distinct lack of consideration and respect towards guests from different backgrounds.

Clocks Hotel is an exceptional accomodation at the heart of the city! It presents a lot of beauties with its kind service, cool aura, clean rooms, delicious breakfast and new construction to everyone who stays there. The staff are so polite and helpful. They do their best exactly in order to please each one of their guests. We would like to thank you again for your hospitality.

Hotel is clean and tidy, hotel has jet spray in the bathroom, unlimited water, staff are nice, do not switch on the a/c coz it’s working based on season, summer you will have a/c & winter you will have heater, open the window you will enjoy it, don’t keep more expectation on breakfast

Amazing new boutique hotel. Located conveniently in the city with easy access to the center (15-minute taxi). Staff were friendly especially Nini from The reception team looked after us during our entire stay there. Highly recommended
