Hotel Aqua Liberty

After reading all the reviews, frankly speaking, I’m not much surprised... People, how much evil do you have? At the moment, my mother and I have checked into this hotel for three days. Everything is fine. Very clean, perfect service, great staff. Regarding the location, it’s safe, I come here all the time Moreover, for such a low price in the very center of the city this is a gift...👌

I was traveled to Tbilisi in December from 15-17 I like the location it is in city center and I was near to restaurants and Gallery mall. Staffs were helpful. When I reserved the room in Aqua Liberty Hotel they tell me that my reservation is without window room and they show me the information message which was sent to me on the booking application from the hotel and about the room information, hopefully they had rooms in those date and they updated me in to with window room.

Everything was perfect, professional staff, they helped me in everything 🙏 rooms are very comfortable and clean. They have 2 categories with city view and without city view.Location is also very central, everything stores, old Tbilisi, you don’t need taxi you can go everywhere by walking and its amazing

The hotel has best location near the liberty square, it’s near all the tourist attractions. The staff are very friendly. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The rooms are small but have great view.

The location is Excellent. Breakfast is good. Staff are great. But The Economy room is too small for 2 persons. No proper space for luggage bags. The Bed is so hard, 1st time that I used that kind of bed. I cannot sleep properly. The room is hot even in winter because of the centralized temperature of the room. We are not comfortable. Okey for 1 day not good for 3 or more days to stay.

We had an unpleasant situation. We need to check out at 8:30 AM and have a breakfast 10 minutes before. Of course we asked the manager for it day before. We were in hurry since our bus depart soon. There were 2 guys from the hotel staff. Bellboy was normal. But tall guy (some kind of boss that time) from the reception started yelling at me. He was repeateadly saying me: "calm down!". I was calm down but he still stood at me pointing his finger at me and yelling. He asked me if everything is ok and I answered "No, you are rude". Then he shouted at me several times literally "f**k off man"! Then he tried to provoke me saying "Go outside! Go from here! Go away! Are You scared going outside? Are You scared? Scary man ... Scary man...". I was with my girlfriend so I had to be reasonable and we were of course waiting for the breakfast in the lobby. My girlfriend was terrified because if I still talked to him he would fight with me. Actually he wanted to beat me. He was a lot bigger than me and was looking for physical fight with his guest in the morning. It was a bit surprising. I have been in over 100 countries but didnt expect something like this in Georgia. It is too peaceful country to stay in hotels where staff does not respect their guests. Stay away from this dangerous place especially when You are with family.

When I arrived with a reservation confirmed twice, I was told the hotel had cancelled the rsrvtion bcs I had not answered their verification phone call. It turned out they had called a wrong nmbr. The BIG question: since they had initially emailed a confirmation, why didnt they email a cancellation?

The place is perfect for those who want to stay in the center. It’s very accessible to the restaurants and tourist spots. My only comment is the unavailability of in-room dining. This should be available and the hotel should improve on breakfast options. But great experience, nonetheless.

My wife and I were at the hotel in May and we were very disappointed with the room which was very crowded and without a window only a picture with light as if you could see the street.Next time when I come to Tbilisi I will look for a room with a window because that way you can know what the weather is like outside
