lady receptionist doesn't mind us waiting for a hundred years, doesn't even bother to talk or even offer a glass of water or let us know that they have available bar or restaurants that we can eat or spend some time while waiting. I understand that we arrived early, I'd approached her twice but I was told that there are no rooms available, but when an arabic guy arrived with his family, suddenly there are plenty of rooms that he can choose from. and they even accompany him to which room he would like to stay and he even rejects room that he doesn't want. after she gave 7 rooms to that guy and rejects a couple other rooms, she still doesn't bother to get my name. only when i said that I think there will be available room, only then she ask for my passport. If ever they booked directly or on any website, they should have been courteous to all guest from any nationality but I guess she doesn't care whoever you are as long as you're from Asian origin.
Buffet breakfasts are good and crew in the restaurant were kind and happy to serve their guest; but because of that receptionist it leaves us a very bad impression on that hotel. Anyway, I've already discouraged most of my friends and colleagues in the UAE and from the Philippines not to choose that hotel.
