Ok for short stay.. location strategic and near to all access.. but need to improve from room interior to make customer feel more comfortable.

Do not use the name of Royale lah, not suitable at all. Very lousy room. Air cond very unupdated, carpet with iron marks, breakfast buffet with very ‘murahan’ dishes, confectionery like from ‘pasar’ my mistakes because i assume it will be serve with crossaint and muffins. Hahahaha, never will came at this horrible place again. Not forget, The decoration in front of reception for hari raya using bottle of mineral waters drinking waters. Agak agak la cuii. Where’s ur budget for hari raya???

Very nice view. Hotel is good, location also good. But they need to improve parking space and also maintain cleanliness. Provide more amenities and improve food service. Make more food variety on breakfast.

Everytime going to Tawau, I and my husband will stay at these hotel. We love the breakfast that served. We must take a rent for parking lot in front of the lobby. Please improved more on the clean of the carpet at the room. The smell of the room is not very ok. One thing that very upset me & my husband, we stay at the hotel for leisure not for work, we already request for the queen size and put the request on the booking but they give us two bed. So upset

This is a former Promenade Hotel Tawau. The price is so expensive with very poor facilities. Carpet need to change to new one. No towel provided at first. 6 times call reception and house keeping waited 20 minutes for them to get me towel. Blackout the day we checkout. They don't initiate when i called and tell my room still no electricity. Have to bring all my bags and stuff with dirty stairs. Very bad experience. First and Last stay here.
