Hotel não tem nível de un 4 estrelas. As refeições são repetidas de maneira consecutiva. Não tem alimentação saudável no menu criança, falta de variedades para as crianças… Comida sem sabor. Adoro animais de companhia, mas as baratas não fazem parte da lista, pude encontrar essas espécies na varanda do quarto, nos corredores do hotel e até no refeitório do hotel, onde até vi um empregado de mesa atirar com um pano contra um muro para fazer cair a barata e logo depois a matou com o pé. Fiz uma pesquisa rápida no Google e vi que as baratas não algo de normal nas Ilhas Canárias. Mas acho que deveriam de fazer algo para lutar com essas coisas a nível interno do hotel visto que pode ter um impacto com a saúde das pessoas ou mesmo levar essas coisas para nossa casa. Actividades repetidas. E preciso 5 animadores para darem uma aula de “Aqua gym” enquanto isso poderiam fazer outras coisas para as crianças. Animações a noite mais do mesmo. Falta de diversidade. Falta de ideias, falta de empenho, falta de ambiante para um país latino muito fraco. Dinheiro mal gasto nesta viagem.

We're highly satisfied with the service and the hotel. All the staff members are incredibly friendly and helpful. We greatly appreciate everything they do to ensure that people can relax during their vacation. The only issue was that we didn't have network access inside the room, which made it difficult for those who wanted to do a bit of work during the holiday. Thank you very much for a wonderful vacation experience!

First the not so good: cockroaches on the sixth floor, food is unimaginative (don’t expect steak or prawns or attractive display - lots of fresh salad - had to look hard for meat), lifts are inadequate - look good but not enough of them and too small - one buggy takes up a lot of the lift. But the staff work hard to keep the place spotless. They can look a bit stressed in fact. TV has British channels which is unusual. The heated pool is lovely. Super sea view. Entertainment is exceptional. Rooms are very nice. Beds amazingly comfortable. Gardens and plants are very well tended: spectacular! Nothing much at the resort itself and a bit gloomy when it rained.

If you expect an all inclusive stay with good food and the self-service experience a all-inclusive holiday is, then this a very good place for you to enjoy your holiday. We upgraded to premium drinks and therefore requested bottles of wine with meals, beers in glass and premium drinks by the night. There are some limitations on the drinks, what kind of booze is included. Get to know your drinks before you go :) Food is in the upper end of what you expect from a commercial kitchen. Not anything near fine dining or better ala carte restaurant quality, but it's good food and with variety. We did not get bored with the food. Kids loved it. Friendly staff. Would definitely go again if I want all inclusive.

We arrived and were placed on the 10th floor, although I immediately said that I had problems with my bones. The elevator didn't work many times in 10 days. It just gave an error and didn't work. The room was very dusty and the bed was uncomfortable. My son has asthma and I had to clean his bed of dust. The toilet was constantly wet, the sink was leaking, and there was a lot of water every day. The sun loungers near the pool were dirty and stained. The food is terrible, the child did not want to eat. And on the last day I got food poisoning at breakfast. The holiday was terrible. The hotel does not match the description of Tui.

If you are looking for a great children friendly resort I recommend Taurito Princess. All smiles from staff members, very serviceminded activity team with super connecting to guests. All inclusive stay is recommended with branded softdrinks and good quality and variety of buffets. Only minus: Evening shows could be better, possibly in a larger room. Outside shows much better with Taurito Lago hotels. Waterpark entrance not included but at a guest discount. Princess is closed to renovation which is needed. The hotel was tired april 2024, but I cant wait to revisit when reopening. I suppose the best located resort in Taurito. Thomas Pedersen, Denmark

We were here in February…….third time. We are a family with a disabled child. When I want to check in the reception,the lady (Blonde long hair)……I don’t know her name ,offered for me the bigger room ,for free of charge because of my disabled son.But we don’t take it. Our family room cleaning every day,so no any complaints. In the restaurant we are always found some food , we never went hungry. The restaurant staff it was always friendly with us. My kid’s favourite place was a dragon pool,so his use every day. From the room very nice view……..and I love the garden as well. The location is the best .Totally beach front,easy access to the ocean. I think we will see each other next February Ps: I will be happy if there is a any loyalty discount…….for the next holiday 😜

Excellent hotel, lovely location. We loved it! I could not fault this place, great food, it was all we could have wanted. We will certainly be looking to return.

Can't fault any of our experience, cleanliness was 5 star for us every morning without fail room cleaned perfect. Food and drinks were excellent. And if you bothered talking to the staff they were very friendly towards myself and my family. Happy customer.
