Great ambiance Good food and hospitality. View is superb and hot water pool is fun . Staff is very cooperative and well manered. Overall cleanliness of the hotel is very good .Hotel staff will arrange for water sports activities and river rafting.

Had a wonderful experience at hotel hot spring. Natural Hot spring pool is available inside their property which can be used by in house guests or by outsiders by paying a nominal charge. Very good hospitality. Will definitely visit again..

Extremely relaxing massage and clean and hygienic conditions. Superbly impressed. Recommended for all travellers. Tilak and inderpal were amazing at their job. Anu Thakur was very goos at dealing with clients.

I had terrible experience with the hotel, the hotel staff is rude and inefficient, looks like the place is understaff . Being in hospitality industry I do not expect such kind of attitude with the staff members, they really need to get some trainings how to behave . Surely, the location what makes the place beautiful but without right kind of hospitality I wouldn’t prefer such place .

The hotel offers a pleasant atmosphere, complete with a swimming pool, and delicious food. Great adventure water sports.. sports boat driver helped us in capturing nice videos and photos.. great memories.. Anu Takur provided us with good information in Hot Spring.

Beautiful location with excellent facilities like Ayurveda, hot water sulpher water pool and water sports ( hard to find in hills). Worth mentioning the cleanliness of room, quality food and top class hospitality. They know business while keeping in mind guest’s requirement to the ultimate satisfaction.

Wonderful place to stay in Himachal. Besides the stay, one can enjoy the benefits of natural hot springs♨️, ayurvedic massage. Get rid of your joint pain and backache. Cashless facilities for certain mediclaim policies like Aditya Birla, Paramount, etc. Also enjoy the water sports. Your welcome ceremony is also done on arrival. Anu Thakur and other staff members are very co-operative. Mr Prem Raina saw to it that our stay was very comfortable considering the fact that we are senior citizens.

We had a very good time at tatapeni. We came on a day trip from Shimla, and the reception was lovely.The hot springs and Ayurveda were excellent, very good massage, and very relaxing bath! the food was delicious and healthy, the staff friendly and forthcoming. I recommend!
