Good Hotel value for money recommend any day, Great Hotel Rooms are big comfortable great swimming pool Sauna Spa Pool table Table tennis all good facilities great location and wonderful humble helpful reception staff Outside restaurant is excellent and food quality is top class Mexriniso at reception very eager to help with smile 10/10 & also Umarxon at Reception all are ever helpful with smiles Ibrat guy in reception is one genius helpful guy 10/10 always offer tea water drink soon as you arrive at reception Restaurant staff need to be more humble helpful don’t speak English very hard to explain things One big disappointment Top floor loud music spoils all , 4th floor rooms are very much noisy with loud music they need to fix it

We were staying in the hotel one week in September 22. It's a four star hotel close to Tashkent zoo. I'll mention here what i liked and didn't like. Room: we had a room no 305 with a blind window. Window into wall which is not a superb view of course. They have tea and coffee in the room. Hotel itself is not in the center and the best way to get there is taxi. Bathroom: convenient with shower gel and even tooth brush ready for you. Pool: very nice, really recommend it in the morning before breakfast. Stuff: friendly, speaking many languages, helpful. Cleaning: three days we didn't have any cleaning. On the fourth day when we asked, they cleaned the garbage bins in the room. Towels they also clean when you ask. Fitness room: it has very bad conditioning and ventilation system. I tried to run once but because of lack of the fresh air didn't do anymore. Restaurant: we all the time had dinner at the restaurant in the evening. Excellent. Turkish shef cook deserves highest recommendation. Food was tasty, fresh, quickly served and not expensive. We were paying for food during check out. Service, tips were already included into bill. Quietness: keep in mind that they have parties sometimes. Then the restaurant is fully booked, they have music on. Sometimes it was noisy but usually they stop partying around 11-12.

Бронировали отель для иностранцев за неделю до их прилета. Бронировали,приехав в отель, заранее просмотрев номера, в которых будут жить наши гости. В день заселения поступает звонок об ошибке с их стороны(они перепутали номера, в итоге 2 наших номера были отданы другим посетителям). По телефону было сказано много слов и обещаний об идеальном призвании и заглаживание всех их недочетов. По итогу в 12 часу ночи, уставшие гости и мы (встречающие) приезжаем в отель. Оказывается нужных номеров нет вообще. По итогу,мы звоним из менеджеру,который кроме пустых обещаний ничего дать не может,разбираемся,в итоге просто едем в другой отель. Ночь была испорчена. Отель кстати находится в промзоне, погулять негде, вид из окон крайне неприятный (номер нужно выбирать с хорошим видом заранее, но и то не гарант,что вы получите ожидаемое). Если в жизни вам не хватает экстрима в виде пустых обещаний от персонала, плохих видов и некомфортно проживания,то вам сюда. Людям, которые ценят свое времяпровождение, я советую подыскать действительно отель, заслуживающих своих звезд.
