Where to start? There was only one towel in the room, no running water, no teapot, and I couldn’t find a station on the TV. I called reception and the teapot arrived quickly. They assured me the water would return soon. After a bit the towels came — fresh from the washing machine and still dripping wet. I suggested dry towels might be preferable so they took them away to dry. Three different people came to show me how to operate the television. Soon they all agreed it was broken and couldn’t be repaired or replaced. So no TV for two nights. The water did eventually come on. The comfortable-enough king-sized bed had twin-sized bedding. When we returned from dinner the teapot had disappeared. I called and it was replaced. The next morning all was fine. We slept close together and managed to stay under the narrow quilt. The water pressure was low but hot. Breakfast was minimal but adequate. When we returned after visiting Dushanbe, the room was untouched by housekeeping-no replacement tea or towels and an unmade bed. Of more concern was that we had neither electricity nor water. So much for that shower we had planned. The new front desk lady explained that the water was off because of construction in the area and would return by 1800. I found a circuit breaker outside our door, flipped it and the electricity came on. A half-hour later a gentleman came to fix the electricity. I would highly recommend seeking accommodation elsewhere.

The place is nice and very clean, the people are friendly and responsive. The breakfast looks like a lunch and a dinner together. My room was simple and spacious. The location is good. There is a walking distance to stores and different cafes. Also, a nice park next to the hotel where you can find a disco on weekends. It was fun staying here.

С первого дня мой номер нормально не убирают Я тут уже неделю живу... Не хотела постить этот отзыв, думала сделают свою работу нормально... но сегодня уже моё терпение лопнуло... Вентиляция санузла покрыт плесенью.. сказали, что починят сегодня... но так и осталось непочиненным... я начала чихать уже от этой плесени... я же этим воздухом дышу всё таки!!!... Телефон не работает.. сказали, чтоб я через свой мобильный звонила.. при этом не говоря номер... зачем в номере телефон, если там связь не ловит??? Фен нерабочий был .... его поменяли потом... То мыло, то тапки не додают.. Я не пойму, номера не проверяются что ли?? Вчера моё личное полотенце выкинули, но пообещали вернуть.. плюс в том, что девушка призналась.. В ресепшн сказали, что напрямую с general manager нельзя общаться... это что за отель, чтоб нельзя было с менеджером напрямую общаться..? ну раз нельзя, может тут среагируют... Кстати, ресепшн... я их по именам не знаю, но есть профессионалы своего дела, а есть те, кто грубит.... хорошо, что я владею языками.. видимо думали, что я не пойму...быстро поменяли язык общения между собой, чтобы я не поняла, ведь так общаться о гостях при самих же гостях, неприемлемо!!!! Еда вкусная.. не спорю, хотя один раз в рисе камушек нашла... А плесень я всё таки выложу...
