前台的小夥伴還是很給力的，也很友好！我當時刷卡出了問題，主動給幫忙解決！同事由於預訂的系統問題，也一直給出意見，避免了多花錢！

スタッフの対応が悪く、かつお部屋も良くなかった。具体的には、最初に案内されたお部屋に到着するとすでにドアが開いていて、誰かがおトイレを使った形跡があり気持ち悪いため変えてもらったが眺めが悪い部屋にされた。かつそのお部屋も鍵が壊れておりちょっと引っ張れば外れるくらいの脆い状態で修理を頼まなければならなかった。チェックアウト時に頼んでおいたタクシーを手配ができておらず開き直った態度で良くなかった。

該酒店的位置很好，在凱悦的附近，離獨立廣場、帖木爾廣場都不遠，附近有一個類似於步行街，白天有賣畫的、各種小吃店和館子。酒店早餐不錯。離店時，前台小哥幫我們叫了車去機場。總的來説，不錯。
