The hotel is brand new and very good service specially Mr.Turakhan he helped me and try to to give best service possible I really appreciate and definitely will go back to this hotel. Very high customer service

Great hotel bit not for noise sensitives. Clean, nice design adequate variety in the breakfastbut but with some great disadvantages: 1. Ventilators of the bathroom do not close (!!) So there is a constant noise in the room - technical dept said they cannot fix it it is the same in every room- 2. There is a loght in the room that switch on bu movement obviously to lead you in the bathroom during the night BUT it wakes up the other guest!!! Great disadvantage that as an engineer i cannot understand whose idea was that

設施：新酒店，設施非常齊全，房間的加熱系統響應非常快
衞生：非常乾淨舒適
環境：非常優美，525房間窗後還有一條河，晴天還可以看到遠處的高山⛰️；另外，橋對面的那家餐廳非常好吃，點贊👍
服務：前台Alina非常温柔，能夠迅速幫我解決問題；非常感謝🙏

雖然位置不是特別靠近市中心，但好在裝修挺新的。早餐還不錯算挺豐富的，游泳池不錯，唯一的缺點就是房間有點小。

房間非常好，床也超級舒服，就是稍微好像離市中心有點遠，不過出門就打車也無所謂，入住的時候前台小哥哥小姐姐非常非常熱情。唯一的缺點，退房的時候查房説我們父母那間房用掉了冰箱裏一個口香糖，説入住前後都有照片對比的，父母確定沒吃口香糖，我們也是自費在酒店晚餐就花了七八百，不可能賴他一個口香糖的。後來雖然前台讓我走了，但是還是不太相信我的樣子。
