I have never heard of or experienced anything similar. We payed through booking, during the check-in the receptionist put pressure that we had to pay on the spot "ah no no you left the credit card info on booking but that was something else. you didn't pay yet. You need to pay here to do the check in." We realised at the day of the check-out, gave the management a call and told them we double paid. He promised to pay us back to the credit card. I asked for a receipt of the payment. Two hours later still no receipt. Call again and the answer was "yeah well you have to wait until the evening, we are workimg the whole day." (slightly pissed tone) 3 days after, no money in the account. Call again to hear "ah yes we couldn't book it back because your credit card didn't let us, give us your iban." That was the first time I got really annoyed. Why do I have to call them to find out there is an issue with the reimbursement?! First and only annoyed apology only came after mentioning reviews, complaints book etc. "But the house was nice right?" What foes the house have to do with you trying to keep my money?! Why do I have to run after you to get it back even though the initial mistake was fully yours?! New excuses, yes yes today afternoon you habe the money all of that bs. Until THEY STOPPED ANSWERING MY CALLS AT SOME POINT. After a first bad booking review they sent a text at 2am that the money was transfered. No apology or anything. AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY CAUSE NOTHING BUT A HEADACHE! - the place we stayed in was new and had nice and noisy construction sites all around. - "If you don't take out the trash you pay 50€" - the cleaning lady did open us the door again after check out because we forgot something and was friendly. She seems to be the only competent person in the company. Maybe you let her run it?! I DID GET THE FEELING THAT THE DELAYS OF THE REIMBURSEMENT WERE INTENTIONAL. I suspect they hope you give up at some point.

Where have traveled from Mexico and arrive at the apartment, 5 mins after 9 pl and they have said no show, no entry and we told them all day we would arrive at this time. Booking . Com was on the phone to them before 9 pm. Now we have no where to stay and they are staying we will keep your money for the whole week and not let us check in at all.

The place is dated, feels damp, the corridors where very dirty it feels it could do with some updating. There is no aircon/heating system. The kitchen is dated too, they require to top up the potencia as the electric trip if there are too many things on. The toilets are covered in limescale. I think that what made me feel the worse about the palace we rented was the customer service. We bought it through a booking website and none of the pictures actually matches what we got, when placing a review i was threatened directly by the owner of the place by posting my private details (pictures if my ID) in social media. (Break of GDPR). Horrid place, i would not recommend it.

We enjoyed duplex aptm. 121 with private free carpark in front of the door. a very friendly, welcome by Inma, check in was swift and pleasant. The aptm. is very large, has excellent furniture, fittings , colour scheme, all in all very positive. very quiet area, so a good nights sleep guaranteed . A short drive to discover the rest of the area. Kitchen is well equipped and the whole aptm was very clean. Can strongly recommend . We left early morning on our way to a birding field meeting, so we just had to pop the door key-cards in the letterbox provided at the reception. We will book again !

We'll what can I say . We were treated despicably by the management here - we didn't even get there! We booked about three weeks ago - or so we thought via Priceline. Priceline accepted snd authorised our credit card but the Sol rejected it a couple of times and also another one one of my cards for no reason. We telephoned Sol and eventually got through after trying for a couple of hours and was told it was the English credit card And the way it was formatted - what? It is a MasterCard which is the same everywhere .We were told to keep trying as usually eventually they are accepted . This we did and had a message from Priceline/Booking,Com that it had been authorised and no rejection from Sol that it had been rejected - hurray. We were supposed to go there yesterday but suddenly very late on Friday night we had a rejection email again and were asked to authorise our card again which we did. *********** accepted our card. However on Saturday morning I woke up to discover that our booking had been completely cancelled . So we were left all packed with no where to go and two very disappointed children who we're looking g forward to 4 days holiday after a horrible year of lockdown covid etc .I knew it was no use phoning as the people at Sol hardly ever answer the calls . I have been travelling for over 40 years without experiencing this sort of treatment and no one has ever rejected our credit card before . Utterly disgusted

The location was perfect. The apartmenmt was very good, spotlessly clean. Covid Safe. Very helpful and friendly staff. Walking distance to wonderful unspoilt sandy beaches with Chirringittos and close to the town. Many good Tapas and restaurants. We were dissappointed with opening times for the pool 11am until 3pm. 5pm until 9pm. We did things in the morning planning to use the pool in the afternoon. Even though there were not many people staying due to the Pandemic,, We requested to use the pool from 3pm prefering to do things in the morning and evening due to the heat. This was refused and stated that there could be NO EXCEPTIONS. This seemed harsh as nobody else had used the pool and we are two men 68 and 70 years old wanting to relax !!!! It should be noted however that the pool is shared with the Urbanisation attached and they control opening times. The lady on Reception pleaded our case and also thought the decision was not helpful. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay.

Estoy hospedado ahora mismo en uno de los apartamentos, cualquier parecido entre las fotos y la realidad es mera coincidencia. La atención previa es pésima, me enteré casi a la 1 de la madrugada del día que entramos que tenía que pagar en efectivo a la llegada, los teléfonos fijos que tienen no los cogen, no contestan a los WhatsApp, eso sí, a *********** se lo cogen a la primera. El único "extra" es el papel del water, ni jabón, ni lavaplatos, dos pastillas del lavavajillas y te advierten que tienes que dejarlo puesto cuando te vayas, total que suponen que con 1 pastilla vamos a pasar 7 personas 4 días. En la misma entrada del apartamento hay unos azulejos totalmente suelos. Una vergüenza para el precio que se paga. Lo único que lo salva es la ubicación y la piscina, mucho césped, grande y con acceso inmediato a la playa.

Aire acondicionado estropeado desde el primer día, nevera que echa agua, en mitad de semana nos avisan que tienen que cambiar el sofa (si en la primera quincena de julio como si no hubiera meses en el año)… de verdad con lo que pagas no es normal que ni te cambien de toallas, ni de ropa de cama, ni limpien. Preguntando precios hay muchos sitios mejores y más baratos

Es un sitio maravilloso lo recomiendo muchísimo el personal es súper atento volveré sin dudarlo la cercanía de la playa de todos los negocios y restaurantes es un paseo de unos 10 minutos todo genial muy amable Inmaculada volveremos seguro.
