Clean hotel with nice breakfast, super near high speed train station, will be a good choice if u need catch early train.

As our flight are very early in the morning and this hotel is very new, we booked for 2 nights. When we checked in, the front desk informed us that they have free dinner for hotel guests. Our booking is inclusive of breakfast. Their self service laundry room is very new and they provide detergents and softeners. The room are reasonably big but we booked for 2 single bed where all these room type faces opposite apar**ent, we couldn’t draw up our curtains except only when we sleep, we could draw up the other side. They had gym on the roof top but we didn’t get a chance to see. The front desk staff are very friendly and patient. They have helped us to pre book order taxi to the airport. Their water basin is outside the toilet which is pro and con. Their toilet bowl has got sensor flushing system and they have remote control for the bidet function. They provide toiletries.

The customer service was fantastic, and conversed in English, went out of their way on multiple times to provide help as I had an injury. I will return back to Taiwan and stay here again for sure. Excellent breakfast as well. I also left some belongings behind and they checked with me after already leaving to see if I wanted to come back for them :)

First time encounter such service from a hotel, my checkout time was 12 noon, without informing from, the hotel straight away cut off the electric power sharp on noon, as I’m still inside the room toilet.. I’ve never encountered such hotel service in my life travelling to so much country. CP HOTEL kindly improve this SERVICE, as i personally think that it’s rube & dangerous if elderly still inside the room..

Nice sleep and great location , around 1km away from HSR Taoyuan. Hotel got free shuttle to HSR at noon time. We have great stay there

If you're on the hunt for an exceptional, hassle-free lodging experience that offers bang for your buck, this hotel, situated in close proximity to the airport, is your cup of tea. On top of that, it's just a hop, skip, and a jump away from Gloria Premium Outlets.The rooms are immaculate and diligently upkept. While the breakfast is quite simplistic, it serves its purpose perfectly. The cherry on the cake is the complimentary laundromat on Level 2, it was a life-saver for getting our laundry done pre-flight. Nevertheless, the real star of this place is the staff - their courtesy and friendliness are second to none. They volunteered to book us a cab to the airport and wholeheartedly packed breakfast for our early bird flight. This place comes highly recommended from me!
