The environment is very good and the service is in place. The room is cleaned every day. If you need anything, please call the front desk directly. The swimming pool is very clean and hygienic, the sky garden has beautiful scenery, and sometimes there are activities. Breakfast has a variety of varieties and flavors to choose from, meeting the needs of many people in many countries.

The service was good and helpful. The room was comfortable. Bed linen appears a bit dirty, bath towels and bath mat was not clean enough.

Overall a pleasant stay. Very helpful staff. Small but nice pool though I didn't use it. Toilets were nice and clean. Quick check in and check out. Other than that, it was only a 1 night stay so nothing much else.

The services so far so good. We enjoy it so far. All variant for breakfast in basically is well, but we suggest to add more variant (especially pastry variant--because my youngest brother need more muffins😀) Hope this services more increase the quality and Grand Zuri Bumi Serpong Damai can improve more and more.

Not a new hotel but amenities are well maintained. Located very close to the airport. Staff are friendly but it took a bit long to get my room key as there was only one customer service staff when i arrived.

I appreciated the great kindness and hospitality of all the staff, but in practice when you arrive, you have a personal supporter to whom you can ask anything. Ok they are paid for this, but they do their job with passion and make you feel comfortable. The hotel is comfortable, equipped with a swimming pool, of course outdoor, a great restaurant for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is the home of wedding parties. The hotel has a very good Wi-Fi, clean rooms, comfortable bed.A little negative comment: air conditioning in the room is not particularly silent and the noise of the outside traffic is too high in the restaurant. Being close to the industrial area, there are no attractions in the surroundings but the economic taxis allow you to reach the center of Jakarta with a little cost.

Stayed almost 6 nights because of the gies show. Very ok breakfast is good. Not too far from the ice. Staff are friendly and kind. Mba sacred front office.. always stamina when there is an event.. Recommended the main..

Traveling from Bandung I took the three hour train ride and then taxied to the airport. Arriving at the hotel, so easily accessible and right in Terminal 2 was a great end to the journey. Checking was efficient and Dafa brought my bags up the stairs and directly to my room with charm and a smile. When I left to catch my flight the next day, I was ready before the shuttle so Ahmad accompanied me from the hotel to the sky train both so I would find my way and so he could manage my two heavy bags. My whole experience not only made my morning flight out of Jakarta international Airport convenient, the care and attention to detail added to my entire journey. Having a choice of free transportation options at your disposal (shuttle every 30 minutes at the top and bottom of the hour, and sky train a 7 minute walk) makes it simple and convenient for any traveler. Oh, I almost forgot—the East meets West breakfast buffet was delicious. And the rooms were so quiet I never heard a plane even though I could see them.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, the staffs are also kind. I was there for 2 days because I had some business with my girlfriend who was in Tangerang. I think the place is strategic, but the main lights are not bright enough. I hope I can stay here again ~
