The new wing is more comfortable. Costs a bit more than old wing but worth paying. Room is huge, like a studio apar**ent size. Has a ceiling fan, no air conditioning. Water pressure is good and strong, hot water no issues. I absolutely love that toothbrush and toothpaste is provided, something that's getting rare nowadays. The mattress seems to be wearing down but still adequately supports the body. The new wing is already 10 years old (as told by reception staff) so it's acceptable condition for a decade old mattress.

The hotel has good potential for servicing more customers. However, some areas need repair.
Despite this, the room & common facilities are nice.
The restaurant offers good food for my later lunch at 4:00pm and value for money.

Like what was mentioned on most reviews, the hotel is dated. The place is clean and well kept. The staff did their best to make our stay comfortable. Nice view.

I am happy they give me room with bathtub as request. Room location was on 4th floor facing the mountain. Very beautiful view with fresh air.
But there were blood stain (dots) on my bedsheet corner. Just small but still unacceptable. Furnitures were old and dirty too. The wing chair full of dust. I know the hotel itself was old but i hope they maintain it well. I love this hotel been here several times i hope they improved the services.
Breakfast spread also not as nice as before. Less food choice. Maybe they cut the budget.
