It is not the first time we hosted this hotel and previous times we had a good experience in general, sorry that this time it was not so, unfortunately the hotel was too full and staff may not be enough, The lobby was always filled with people in several times until there was a bad smell both in the lobby and in lifts, for the evenings and nights there was no order in the hostel area as they even allowed a group of people to put their own wrestling and sweeping meat, gentlemen on the edge of the cafe with their ice cream taking beers, high volume music until after 12 nights, we were 5 nights of which two days did not make the toilet or change towels the fitting when you talk the lobby the phone doesn't answer so we had to go down to ask Clean Towels and Toy I answered the manager that wasn't because the hotel was full and gave me 3 Towels of the small towels that put as a tape in the bathroom 😰, the full parking every hour you had to search for parking elsewhere because there were always 3 buses occupying many places, infinite row at breakfast, generally very bad experience 😕

The hotel is in a great shopping area. The service I experienced was great and the people were friendly and helpful. As I got sick with eating seafood, the staff helped me out and get to a taxi. Which I would advice anyone from the States to not eat the seafood. The hotel was clean and the food from the hotel is pretty nice. I looked at the other HOTSSON and this one is nicer and you just can't beat the location. I am definitely going to book another stay at this location soon.

Llegamos para el cumpleaños de mi abue, sin embargo aunque leímos los comentarios del hotel el hospedaje estuvo promedio tirándole a malo. El segunda noche que estuvimos salimos a comprar algo aúna maquinitas y vimos el área de la alberca un cochinero, latas y pañales sucios dentro de la alberca, eran como las 11 de la noche se le aviso a la recepción y nos dijeron que ellos no podían haber nada porque ahí vendían cerveza. Gente muy borracha y nadie les dice nada. La gente de recepción cero amable no hay donde comprar agua o alguna bebida después de las 10 de la noche. No lo recomiendo no cambian las sábanas y mucho menos las camas las tienden bien solo las estiran. La limpieza deja mucho deciár. El internet no funciona correctamente muy lento. Lo que rescata este hospedaje son los meseros personas honestas y muy buena gente felicidades a ellos.

The hotel is in a great shopping area. The service I experienced was great and the people were friendly and helpful. As I got sick with eating seafood, the staff helped me out and get to a taxi. Which I would advice anyone from the States to not eat the seafood. The hotel was clean and the food from the hotel is pretty nice. I looked at the other HOTSSON and this one is nicer and you just can't beat the location. I am definitely going to book another stay at this location soon.

Llegamos para el cumpleaños de mi abue, sin embargo aunque leímos los comentarios del hotel el hospedaje estuvo promedio tirándole a malo. El segunda noche que estuvimos salimos a comprar algo aúna maquinitas y vimos el área de la alberca un cochinero, latas y pañales sucios dentro de la alberca, eran como las 11 de la noche se le aviso a la recepción y nos dijeron que ellos no podían haber nada porque ahí vendían cerveza. Gente muy borracha y nadie les dice nada. La gente de recepción cero amable no hay donde comprar agua o alguna bebida después de las 10 de la noche. No lo recomiendo no cambian las sábanas y mucho menos las camas las tienden bien solo las estiran. La limpieza deja mucho deciár. El internet no funciona correctamente muy lento. Lo que rescata este hospedaje son los meseros personas honestas y muy buena gente felicidades a ellos.

It is not the first time we hosted this hotel and previous times we had a good experience in general, sorry that this time it was not so, unfortunately the hotel was too full and staff may not be enough, The lobby was always filled with people in several times until there was a bad smell both in the lobby and in lifts, for the evenings and nights there was no order in the hostel area as they even allowed a group of people to put their own wrestling and sweeping meat, gentlemen on the edge of the cafe with their ice cream taking beers, high volume music until after 12 nights, we were 5 nights of which two days did not make the toilet or change towels the fitting when you talk the lobby the phone doesn't answer so we had to go down to ask Clean Towels and Toy I answered the manager that wasn't because the hotel was full and gave me 3 Towels of the small towels that put as a tape in the bathroom 😰, the full parking every hour you had to search for parking elsewhere because there were always 3 buses occupying many places, infinite row at breakfast, generally very bad experience 😕
