Parking lot was covered in containers so we had a hard time finding safe parking. We were told on check-in there would be no housekeeping. The breakfast was "meh" so we chose to eat elsewhere our second morning. We regret staying here when there were multiple other options all around us.

I read that they were doing renovations, but that didn't bother me. The women who checked us in were top-notch. I originally booked two queens and they switched me to a king with no issues. Room was newly renovated and clean. Mattress was comfortable. Woke up in the morning and could not shower. THERE WAS NO HOT WATER! The young man at the front desk apologized, but stated he could do nothing about it. Very frustrating considering the cost for an out-of-the-way hotel.

The hotel is under construction and we were notified in advance. The room felt more like a hospital than a hotel, cold and sterile. The bed was small, not the king we ordered and paid for. Not much lighting and side lamps didn't work.

Staff was wonderful but the sheets for the beds had blood on them. Shower was dirty.

This is our second time staying here. I love this place. They are very welcoming. They have a great breakfast. The hotel and rooms are clean and it's a very safe place. When I come back to Tampa this is where I will stay. The rooms are also very big.Highly recommend it.
