This is not a hotel! Bait and switch: is someone’s private apar**ent that is offered for rent. All of the adjacent rooms are each owned separately and rented. The “reception” is not any sort of hotel staff, and cannot provide any customer service and was very annoyed with questions about the property. This property is cash only, which was not advertised. Overall, this “hotel” was grossly misrepresented and I did not feel safe staying here.

Can't recommend this place. We made the reservation many weeks in advance and they cancelled it on a weekend in the summer less than 24 hours before arrival. Spent an hour and a half on the phone with agency we booked with trying to get the money back and that is not assured yet. Not sure where we will spend the night. No response at all from the property---they apparently don't care at all.

Reserved the apar**ent, came there, and the reception - they have a common reception with some other apar**ents - told me that the apar**ent does not exist. Do not reserve!

Good location that is close to old town and also the ship terminal to Helsinki. Apar**ent is comfortable. Biggest problem is that it doesn't have air conditioning. The days we stayed there was very hot and we had to open up the windows at night. The outside noise was quite bad since all the buses and trams were in front of the building. I think it will be good if weather is not hot.

Bait and Switch! They sell you one thing on ******* with the pictures and amenities then give you another. I rented the big apar**ent with air conditioning and they try go give me a small apar**ent with NO air conditioning in the middle of summer with the 24 hour sun of the north on the window. The room was an oven.
They said someone make a mistake and give the room to someone else.
The worst thing is that they don't do anything about it and expect you to stay. I ask for a refund and I am still waiting for it.
Do not stay here, you will not get what you pay for... They will bait you with nice pictures and give you something else.
