Хороший отель, но у нас случился форс мажор и мне нужно было проживать не одному, а с сестрой
Я думал что все будет без проблем, но за второго человека попросили доплатить 40€ (хотя на сайте я могу забронировать номер на двоих за 50€, спрашивается почему такая высокая доплата…)
Также дополнительных шампуней, тапочек не положили;

Comfortable rooms, helpful staff and very good breakfast. The location is a bit away from the city center, restaurants etc., but 20 minutes walked never killed nobody. Would definitely stay here again. The airport is in 5 euros taxi ride.

Good hotel but being a spa hotel you expect vanity sets, shampoo and body lotion in the barhroom and there is no such thing. Our bathroom had a leaking shower that couldn't be fixed. We were offered to change hotels but that would mean packing and unpacking and loosing out on valuable time. So we stayed.
No deduction of prize was offered, just an extra towel to put on the floor as to not slip in the water.
Cleaning of our room was very late the first day.
Nice breakfast and conveniently situated.
An extra plus for the wonderful girl in the reception who really did her best to help. We really appreciated it.

Good hotel a short walk from the old town. Rooms were clean and comfortable with a spa bath. The breakfast was great a good selection of hot and cold items.

Booked standard room, upon check in found out I've been allocated single room and the hotel was full so could not be given an alternative room, had to get ******* involved. Receptionist has not been proactive in terms of resolving this issue. Do not recommend this hotel. Stayed around 4 times and despite having golden status never been upgraded nor offered special trea**ent.

Very comfortable spacious room. Friendly reception staff. Great sauna facility … it was a real treat to have a private booking for the sauna and spa.
