We checked in on 12/22/2023. We were told the hot water was out but a plumber would be in to fix it in the morning. On the morning of 12/23, the water was only fixed in some of the rooms. I was given a key to another room on a different floor to shower. That evening we arrived and was told the hot water was working but we would need to let the water run for 10-15 minutes. Our room's hot water was not working and we had no pressure. We were moved to another room. Where the water was lukewarm. On 12/24 we arrived back at the hotel and our hot water was not working. We were given another room to shower in. There was low water pressure and lukewarm water. The ice machine on our floor did not work nor did one of the elevators. The only saving grace was the friendly front desk staff. I would not stay there again. Additionally I contacted corporate on 12/24 and as of 12/29 have not heard from them. Marriott is not interested interested in addressing these issues with me. Another issue I had was that because we booked through ******* they would not assist us with getting us another room at another location. I have always stayed with Marriott but after this experience, I will not stay with them again. It seems that if you book with ******* they do not really want to assist you.
