SpringHill Suites Tallahassee Central

The staff were very nice. It was a last minute reservation but everything was fine. I enjoy the internet TV, the beds were comfortable. The only downside was the cleaner they used was a little overpowering when we first entered the room but we quickly got used to it. Also our upstairs neighbors were rather heavy footed (perhaps a child?) but they did settle down around bedtime. The breakfast is your average hotel fare but service and comfort are worth a return stay!

Nice layout. Great having 2 sinks in the room. Great, variety hot/cold breakfast and health conscious.

The stay was great. The bed wasn’t as comfortable as I like and could use a thicker comforter. The room set up was nice, I would definitely stay again.

There were large stains in the hallway and only one working elevator for staff and guests.

So many problems with maintenance in this hotel. 1 elevator working, plumbing didn't work in shower. Ice machine not working, fitness equipment broken. Etc.... Stay elsewhere. This is not like other Marriott hotels.

We checked in on 12/22/2023. We were told the hot water was out but a plumber would be in to fix it in the morning. On the morning of 12/23, the water was only fixed in some of the rooms. I was given a key to another room on a different floor to shower. That evening we arrived and was told the hot water was working but we would need to let the water run for 10-15 minutes. Our room's hot water was not working and we had no pressure. We were moved to another room. Where the water was lukewarm. On 12/24 we arrived back at the hotel and our hot water was not working. We were given another room to shower in. There was low water pressure and lukewarm water. The ice machine on our floor did not work nor did one of the elevators. The only saving grace was the friendly front desk staff. I would not stay there again. Additionally I contacted corporate on 12/24 and as of 12/29 have not heard from them. Marriott is not interested interested in addressing these issues with me. Another issue I had was that because we booked through ******* they would not assist us with getting us another room at another location. I have always stayed with Marriott but after this experience, I will not stay with them again. It seems that if you book with ******* they do not really want to assist you.

Arrived to the hotel late and was greeted by a friendly clerk . But after that it was down hill . 1 elevator was out of service , the other elevator look like it was flooded with water . Was on the second floor . The ice machine was out and had to go to the 4th floor to get ice. Our room was huge but the blinds would close all the way , the lights in the bathroom weren’t working and the tv wasn’t working . Was tired from traveling so we just went to bed .
