JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort Suites

Fazendo check-in na véspera de Ano Novo, o hotel organizou um buffet de Ano Novo Chinês, um show de fogos de artifício na praia, e você pode assistir à Gala do Festival da Primavera no quarto, o que é muito bom. Fiquei por três noites.Não há necessidade de acordar cedo.É muito conveniente ir para Similan e Surin.A sala com acesso direto à piscina é a favorita das crianças. piscina a qualquer momento. O bife tomahawk no Drift também é ótimo.

O quarto é um pouco pequeno e contido! É uma villa recentemente renovada! Principalmente o espaço no segundo andar é apertado! O pessoal de serviço nos restaurantes tailandeses é tratado de forma diferente e o pessoal de check-in é muito simpático!

What makes a relaxing getaway coupled with a successful business is the professional staff at the resort. JW Marriott at Khao Lak has the professional, multilingual staff on board to help make your getaway experience as relaxing and comfortable as possible. From Khun Apple at the front desk during check in or Khun Oum at the check out desk, they provided such excellent, quality service making my family feel appreciated. All the service staff helped play with my 2 year old son, which made me feel like children are also appreciated at this resort. We loved P’Apple who showed us the farm and took the time to explain the company’s plan creating an ecotourism experience for guests. The facilities were immaculate! The rooms are dry and well-built despite the high humidity. The pool is well kept and ver my fun to swim around the property. I know this isn’t a company specific issue, but the amount of trash that washed up on the beach and left there was an eye sore. I wanted to play in the sand and water but the amount of foam, fishing wire, and plastic was so concerning. I get that this is a greater ecosystem issue as opposed to JW’s issue. Lastly, enjoy the sunset on this property. It’s so tranquil.

Never a dull moment with plenty of activities for all ages. Fantastic views, great restaurants serving various cuisines that taste awesome, extremely hospitable staff all round, and the sustainability efforts have got to be seen to be believed - truly impressive! Wish I could have stayed longer than 4 nights!

The pool is what you first notice. Thailands largest I’m told. Cool water and endless hours over days meandering through the many canals up to our room. Beautiful surroundings, meticulously manicured and staff that smile always and greet you with an effervescent greeting every time. Quality is everywhere at this resort. Looking for it everywhere and always I wasn’t disappointed. The food, oh dear lord the food! The best I’ve ever eaten, dining experiences that are world class. The beach is clean, white sand that laps right up to the pool chairs lined up under coconut trees, I snoozed while the warm salty breeze kept me feeling cozy and warm, not too hot in spite of the humidity. Long walks on the miles of beach while long boats cut through the green sea reminding me this was Thailand.

This was our second stay & in 6 years the resort has grown significantly but has not lost its charm. It is one of the best we have stayed in and all staff were incredible. Thoroughly recommend it.

I thought a lot about it before going. (Hotel location, surrounding commercial areas, car travel time, etc.) I exchanged friendly answers and received a lot of useful information about the hotel, so I made a decision. When I first arrived at the hotel, I still cannot erase the emotion. It was so good and I was happy. I also liked the friendly behavior of the staff and their efforts to ensure that there were no inconveniences during my stay. It's a pity that I couldn't tell the jw Khao Lak staff that I was so happy and had a great time during my stay, and I'm grateful.
