The service was spectacular. They greet you and ease you into the Ryuken experience with charm and attention to details. The room was great, the hotel was pleasant, the staff were amazing from start to finish. Always looking for ways to make our stay more pleasant.

This place is magic, staff hospitality is from another world. Had a fantastic 2 night stay, pampered with every single detail. 110% recomended. Horisaki and Haruka are over the top!

Fabulous stay at Iroriyado Hidaya a traditional Japanese Ryokan. This was our forst experience staying at a traditional Japanese inn. The hostess was terrific explaining how all aspects of our stay would work. The futons were super comfortable to sleep on and it has a terrific bath house. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

Excellent Japanese hospitality! Staff was very helpful and had tried very best in explaining everything. On the day of check out the staff even took us by his own car to the train station free of charge as we could not book a taxi. Breakfast offered was of good quality.

Wonderful hospitality at this ryokan. We wanted a traditional stay with futons (though I was hesitant because sleeping on essentially the floor is not my idea of a good time) but it really wasn’t terrible. Everyone we encountered who was working was so friendly and helpful. The first night we were offered a beer for our group and they put together our bed while we spent time in the onsen. The onsen was warm but relaxing, and upstairs from where our room was located. The difficult part for me as a person who really doesn’t want to sit on the floor was that we had no seat that wasn’t on the ground (I’m a big, tall girl and the ground is so far down). They had a lovely sitting room where we could be on couches in the common area. They had a variety of snacks they offered us to try and our second night, they were so nice to share with us what they were. The lines of communication were open courtesy of Google translate, so we could have conversations with each other despite not speaking the same language.

The flavors were unlike anything we had ever tasted before, and the skillful preparation was a testament to the culinary expertise of the staff. In addition, we found ourselves sipping on the complimentary green tea, which added a refreshing touch to our day. The gesture truly made us feel at home. And how could I forget the onsen? The soothing thermal baths provided a moment of relaxation like no other. The serene a**osphere combined with the therapeutic properties of the hot spring water was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploration. Iroriyado Hidaya Ryokan exceeded our expectations in every way possible. The combination of traditional charm, attentive staff, and authentic experiences made our stay truly unforgettable. Ryokan excelente, con múltiples detalles. En una zona tranquila alejada del centro turístico. Los baños de agua termales nos quitaron el cansancio de Tokio y Osaka. Al no haber taxis disponibles al amanecer del día siguiente, nos llevaron a la estación de autobuses con un vehículo particular conducido por una empleada del establecimiento y sin coste alguno: "...vienen a visitarnos desde tan lejos, es lo menos que podemos hacer" (palabras de la dueña).
